Autentico, y como tal algunos sabores y texturas te pueden chocar, pero la cocina es excelente. Descubrirás que platos típicos de otros japoneses, como un simple maki, aquí saben radicalmente distinto. Hay otros platos que simplemente no veras en el típico japonés de ciudad. Recomiendo la tempura (exquisita), el katsudon (su salsa te enamorara). El Toro picante, si vais varios y para tomar un par de trocitos. La cerveza entra genial, y ojo, el sake pedirlo FRIO!
