"good food great prices. I decided to try the dimsum in hong kong city after reading about it on a blog. the living in South East london meant that there were nearby limited places for dimsum and new cross would not be too far away. we came on a Saturday 2pm and there was a decent number of tables occupied by people who seemed like regular. we sat immediately and were presented with a decent selection of dim-sum dishes with some Vietnamese style additions. we ordered the following dishes: har gau (good garnels and chive knödel (very delicious Vietnamese style cheong fun (nice change to usual baby oktopus in curry sauce (I enjoyed it but my partner found the ice cream too strong for its liking glutinous rice in lotus leaf the bill came to less than £20 for both of us with jasmine tea, which was a bargain, and we enjoyed the meal and left with happy mutils. I appreciate it as well and maybe even better than most in chinatown and baker street. we will be safe again. total review: 9/10"

The restaurant serves small portions and adds a service charge for card payments. The food is greasy and average, lacking in flavor, creativity, and skill.

Great dim sum at reasonable prices food is made fresh. Quick and fast service. Would be nice if the had other options apart from pork there dim sum has a lot of pork option apart from that nice place.

I stumbled on this place last week when in the area and HAD to return again today for the Dim Sum.. Hong Kong City has a FULL dim sum menu that even puts some of China towns dim sum restaurants to shame. Very well priced, freshly made and delicious.... I'll be back at the same time next Thursday... Had the buffet and it didn't disappoint. You order from the buffet menu and your food is cooked to order so its alot fresher than a normal self service buffet. The food came out fast and was really good. I'll be coming back for some dim sum as the other reviews on here that rave about it. Service was really quick and very friendly.

fantastic eating to great trips. real gem of a place to offer a dimming sum outside the center of london. the prices are also very reasonable. my man and I order always last (about 8-10 dishes) with jasmine tee and beer and bill is always approx. 45 £. this includes food for my small child and we always take rest after home. eating is very good and the restaurant is family friendly. it is a very large venue with lots of space, as it is always extremely busy on Sundays, so book in advance! there is a large selection of dresses for which they can find the menu online on their website. they also make freshly made fruit juices and bubbled. a good note on how well this is eating here is the numbe...

"Me and my flatmates went to Naifs to celebrate one of our own's MA degree with a nice meal, and we are so glad that we did. Anne and the team were incredibly personable and friendly, which really stood out to us. As somebody who has worked many years in hospitality, one can tell that there is clearly a very tight-knit team at work here who does what they do out of and with love. We really enjoyed the concluding chat with the kitchen team about the amazingly delicious olive oil they served us with the bread it comes straight from the chef's uncle's olive plantation! The atmosphere was really lovely as well, and a lot of thought clearly went into it: there were lots of candles, soft light, beautiful serving plates. We found the decor very tasteful in general: the restaurant has a cozy, but elevated bistro feel to it which makes it the perfect place for a broad variety of occasions. We had the set menu, which at 27 GBP came at very good value. The menu really demonstrated just how colorful vegan and vegetarian spreads can be: the colors on the table alone were such a delight to behold! Needless to say it also all tasted amazing. We particularly liked the mushrooms in lemony broth, the dhal and the aubergine stew. Every dish had a creative spin on it that made it into something we had never tasted in that way before. The wine that was recommended to us was very nice as well. We finished our meal with a selection of British cheeses, which was very well put together. Naifs focuses on seasonal and regional ingedrients, which is another factor that really convinced us, and which is something that more restaurants should focus on. Whether you're a veggie or not: if you want to dine at an all around truly special place, you need to try Naifs. Keep up the awesome work, guys we will be back very, very soon."

"my friend and I went to capitulate for dinner to celebrate his birthday, as was capitula, we thought the only decent restaurant in blackheath. all the others seem to be pushing down quickly. we have been in the past often in the capitulas, and the food and services were good we had no appetizers and ordered only one main meal (black foam and black bell), because we were not huge hungry because we were eating a lot of birthday cakes earlier! we had a glass of wine and were offered a piece of bread. 35 minutes later we waited for our food. in this time no one came to ask if we were in order or offer us more drinks. I asked the manager if our food was ready. he said it would be 5 minutes without a statement of delay then disappeared 10 minutes later there was no sign of food or manager. That is why we decided to go because we lost interest in eating. we have to go and the manager came by. he told us the delay was due to a big party in the ground floor. this was not the case, there was a group of 8 people who had finished their meal for a long time. we were there earlier when it was much more business and the service was not so bad. while we waited, we saw a customer who had finished their meal, slipped £20 into the manager hand when he left. Perhaps the workers need bribe to provide good services? it is such a scandal, but another blackheath restaurant has become complicit and believes that it with the treatment of its customers without respect. I will vote for one with my feet and will not eat again in this restaurant. I will also leave everyone I don't know to go there"
