First time ever in this takeaway! I was looked after by gentleman called Malik, he explained all dishes and gave me some suggestions which worked out really well. Thank you Malik for your excellent customer service! Now the main part..... Food was amazing, noodles cooked to perfection, the sauce was seasoned extremely well and the veg was still crunchy. I ordered food about two weeks ago, and it was terrible. I left a negative review on Just Eat. Then, on Saturday evening, I received a call from the restaurant acknowledging my complaint. I explained my situation, and they told me to call back on Sunday for some free food. I followed their instructions but after waiting for an hour and calling again, I was told that I couldn't receive the free food. I requested to speak with the manager, who I was informed would be available on Tuesday. When I called today, I spoke to the same person from Sunday, who again said I couldn’t have the free food and then hung up on me. What a terrible way to handle complaints!
