"on a typical corn springing day, absolutely pouring with rain and windy with it, was inside, which I would quietly chat with small groups of people at their tables that are better for being in the warm and not outside. very fast through the smiling staff and had a great cappuccino coffee with a delicious piece of carrot cake, my partner had an equally good mocha (she said it was one of the best she ever had) and enjoyed her chocolate cake. the price was not so high because he was rock, and it was a much better experience than most high street chains."

This is my second time here within a month, and I absolutely love this place! The view from the balcony is fantastic, and the food has been perfect every time. The staff is also very attentive to our two young children, which we really appreciate.

Fab dining experience, very accommodating to special requirements, non fussy friendly service. The view is beautiful looking over the estuary to Padstow and the breakfast is to die for. Big thanks to Kate manager, Billy cocktails and James Chef for another cracking time this year

Great food, generous portions. Lots of local produce on offer. Very scrummy puds. Was lucky enough to be able to sit outside on a lovely summer's evening and take in rhe view. Service good, but coukd have been better (we had to chase a coffee order and ask to order after waiting a fair while).

We had a busy evening without a reservation, but we were greeted with a stunning view of the sea and received our meals within 25 minutes. The food was of excellent quality, and the waitstaff were both professional and friendly. The restaurant is dog-friendly, which would have been nice to know in advance. Overall, it was a fantastic celebration with my wife, and it truly ranks among the best restaurants I’ve visited.
