We went for lunch on Sunday! I have no words to describe! Everything was wonderful... We will definitely repeat, what a beauty!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place looked beautiful but we were swept through to be seated in an empty room away from all the ambience. They proudly cook over fire in various ways, but only one dish gave much hint of this. The combination of smoky flavors and careful techniques makes each bite special. The service also deserves a mention. The staff is incredibly attentive. They are always ready to recommend the perfect pairing and explain the story behind each dish, which adds a personal touch to the experience.

Que decir, no es solo ir a cenar, es vivir la experiencia, desde que te recibe David y te enseña la bodega y la cocina hasta que te despides es entrar en el mundo Nublo, hay que vivirlo. La comida es fabulosa, y la atención fantástica, los sabores de algunos platos hicieron que me remontaran a mi infancia (fresas con nata) y para mi la lubina me pareció maravillosa. Parada obligatoria en Haro, si estás pensando en ir hay que disfrutar y dejarse llevar en ese viaje de sensaciones.
