"Our stay at the restaurant il tartufo was successful from the beginning: we were welcomed and guided at our table. Although a lot was going on, we got our drinks very quickly. The menu is varied and there was something for everyone. My salad with chicken breast was super tasty, with enough dressing. The whole mood in the restaurant was pleasant, which was also at the service staff. You notice: These people like to do your work! What really pleased me: The Corona rules have been adhered to 100% at any time: The tables were thoroughly disinfected after each guest change, just like the chairs. Even the vinegar oil and the balsamico bottle, which were served for food, were sprayed and wiped. The entire staff, whether in the service or in the kitchen (one could see them), wore a mouthguard. Well-seated at the right place! Above all, this fact ensured that we felt comfortable and safe. Thanks to the great team of il tartufo, we will come back."

"Wir,mein Mann, meine Mutter und ich,waren heute zum Mittagessen dort. Die Gaststube sauber und gemütlich. Der Service war super, freundlich, herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir erfragten Änderungen für unsere Bestellungen,Pute statt Schwein,Bratkartoffeln statt Pommes und beides wurde nicht nur selbstverständlich umgesetzt, nein wir bekamen super leckere selbstgemachte Bratkartoffeln, mein Schnitzel kam aus der Pfanne und nicht aus der Fritteuse, die Paprikasauce dazu war super lecker, das Putenschnitzel meiner Mutter wurde auf dem Grill gebraten, die Champignonsauce dazu war mega lecker. Mein Mann hatte den Grillteller der sehr appetitlich angerichtet war und auch geschmacklich total überzeugte. Der neue Alte Wirt ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und wir waren zwar heute das 1. Mal da,aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Weiter so. Ihr seid ein tolles Team. Liebe Grüße Fam. Hartwig"

"Super Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal!! Sehr gute griechische Küche mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Schöner Innen- und Außenbereich! Absolut empfehlenswert. Waren im Juni kurz in Abensberg und verbuchen auch dieses Restaurant unter der gesamt guten Erfahrung."

"Frühstück für 15,50€ war einfach zu teuer.Brötchen waren ca 5x5cm und Frostbrötchen .Butter wahr ca 20g.Obst/Gemüse als Dekoratin wahr etwas mau.Käse wurde aus Kühlschrank anscheinend ohne Abdeckung herausgeholt, da er am Rand hart wahr.Mein Kaffee wurde einem anderen Gast zugeteilt und nach einer Bemerkung ,das ich einen anderen Kaffee bestellt hatte wurde dieser von Gast zu Gast bzw vom Tisch zu Tisch nur ausgetauscht mit der Aussage:Er habe es noch nicht angerührt/getrunken und ich auch nicht.Bedinung selbst ,war frdl.aber nur nach Bestellung."

"I stayed at the Kuchlbauer hotel for a few nights whilst on business and I was given a newly renovated room on the top floor, facing the town square. I 've been to Abensberg many times in the past, but this was the first time at the Kuchlbauer. It was also the last time... The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom was fantastic, however there were no curtains, only part blinds on the bottom halves of the windows, which seemed a bit odd. The temperature was stifling, and the temperature setting on the wall offered no respite. I enquired if there was air con, or even a fan. The reply was a flat 'no '. You should also be aware that there is a nightclub next door, and whilst you don 't hear noise from the nightclub itself, the people queueing to get in, and/or go out for a smoke, or waiting for a cab, is ever present until 4 5am... At night there are floodlights on the hotel front, so with the lack of curtains your room is never dark... This was all experienced during the first night of my stay, and I enquired at reception if they could please help. The response was a flat 'no '. Basically the lady at reception couldn 't care less if I had no sleep. They have clearly heard all of this before, because when I raised the issue of noise I was not only cut off before I could finish, but was told that this is a city issue, and not their problem. When I raised the issue about the hot room, I was told to open the windows, which yes you 've guessed it is when the noise goes up to 11. I also enquired if there was a sheet or something that could be done about the lack of curtains. The answer was a flat 'no '. So I think you are starting to get the picture of what you are dealing with here. I even spoke to the owner after the second night and nice though that he was, there was nothing he could or would do. I 'm not quite sure which. They are very clearly used to these complaints so it is staggering that they haven 't addressed them. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are lovely, the food is great, but the staff well the less said about some of them the better. Definitely not service minded, let alone in dealing with members of the public. Rude and unhelpful."
