"Ho richiesto un Luccio con polenta e un risotto tipico del posto, con salsiccia. Il primo era saporito, peccato per polenta non bollita e quindi non soda e abbastanza croccante da accompagnare il pesce che invece era uno dei migliori mai mangiato con capperi e acciughe. Il RISO che sono stato servito, non era il risotto mantecato, ma uno scarico veloce con salsa aggiuntiva. Va bene che sarà tipico, ma non si chiama risotto, semplicemente Riso con... o Riso alla.."
