"L'amatriciana è uno spettacolo, la cacio e pepe con porcini in crosta di grana pure. Erano talmente buone che abbiamo fatto portare i complimenti allo chef. Le mie papille gustative erano in paradiso. Coda alla vaccinara top, non l'avevo mai assaggiata... carciofo alla romana e patate buonissimi. Ottima la ricotta e pere scomposta con tortino al cuore caldo. A detta del mio compagno che ha preso il gelato allo zenzero e cannella anch'esso buono (io non l'ho assaggiato Ci siamo trovati per caso ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente (soprattutto dopo aver partorito dato che molte cose non potevo mangiarle... Non ho la foto dei primi perché me ne sono dimenticata"

It was quite a magnificent dinning experience ! Not just they know truffles, their Italian dishes are just superb ! For example, the spaghetti all’s carbonara, they used guanciale and it’s incredible ! Absolutely recommended to people coming to Roma!

Passati casualmente davanti all’osteria Barberini in un mezzogiorno infuocato romano ci siamo fermati e la scelta è stata azzeccata. Piatti romani e tartufo la fanno da padrone. Miglior amatriciana del breve soggiorno romano. Da segnalare simpatia e disponibilità dell’intero staff

Camerieri competenti e super cortesi Ottima selezione di vini Consiglio agli amanti del tartufo di fare visita a questo ristorante, si vede che c'è molta passione dietro la preparazione delle portate. Ci siamo tornati dopo un anno e abbiamo trovato un ambiente ampliato e rinnovato, ma la stessa qualità nei piatti. Oggi carciofo alla romana saporito e delicato al tempo stesso, una superba pasta alla carbonara e un assai gradevole salmone selvaggio con il cuore di ricotta di pecora e l'accompagnamento di cipolle caramellate. If you have a chance to eat at other restaurants in Rome, please do so. Waiter arrogant. Food no taste, terrible. if you warm up rise and put a truffle on , it’s not rissoto, or bring cald warmed up vegetables… also, so many good places with buffalo mocarella in Rome, not this place, moccarela seemed like a stone(not fresh) two little tomatoes on the side, restaurant far away from a decent place, avoid it if you can.
