The gricia takes its place with some other preparations that I have tasted, overall we are talking about a well cooked dish where the flavors are expertly blended together by someone who could most likely cook even a shoe. The Baffone portion was appreciated which consists of a more abundant preparation (the quantities are secret and it is not known, but all you have to do is try, I did it and I have my personal idea but I won 't reveal it, but I 'll tell you that the higher price is justified). P.s. Don 't be fooled by the photos, the lights are absolutely not suitable to do justice to the preparations"

Ambiente informale da osteria, ma a mio avviso manca un qualcosa che te lo ricorderai. Sufficienti una pasta cacio e pepe ed un'amatriciana, un po' meno il tagliere di affettati e formaggi.
