"I was treated to a special day at the Palace Hotel, and I felt welcomed the moment I arrived thanks to the friendly receptionist. I was shown to a beautiful room with stunning views of the seafront, equipped with everything I needed, including both snacks and drinks. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I just wish I could have stayed longer than one night. The six-course meal was beautifully presented and offered a great variety of options, just like the breakfast. I couldn't find anything to complain about; everyone was so helpful and made this visit truly memorable."

Thank you to The Palace Hotel and Spa for a fantastic Mother's Day lunch. Lovely food, fab service (thank you Sue, Paul, David and Jack pianist was very nice and we all had a great time, fantastic value for money too.

My room was dated, small, and the bed was uncomfortable. I arrived at 18.30 pm on a Sunday evening and I asked what time they did food till and was told there was nothing available but there are a few places on the front to eat. Just what you want to hear after a 6 hour drive. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

I had a fantastic day with my daughter! It was the best facial treatment I've ever had, and I also got my eyebrows done. We enjoyed swimming, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the steam room, all followed by an incredible afternoon tea. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Thank you!

We met our friends for drinks, during which I enjoyed a delightful pot tea served in beautiful white dishes alongside some cookies. My friends ordered drinks from the bar. We were staying at the palace during our vacation, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. It felt so welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we all had a wonderful evening.

this was at least our eighth visit to this beautiful hotel from the torbay riviera royals red hat ladies. as always there are beautiful surroundings, a beautiful place, delicious eating and wonderful service with extremely courtesy, professional and friendly staff. we were on Thursday, 12th april 2018, as a group for a birthday dinner here (photos on my Facebook page). we had a wonderful evening! many thanks, especially to sue page, the restaurant manager.
