"recommended. It is a building built on an ancient alcazar of the mota of the pine counts of the nineteenth century. only the tower of the Gothic-Renaissance caravan of the century xvi (1542), old oada as armory. In the xix century it was burned and destroyed by the Napoleonic French troops. In 1972 it was reconstructed forming the tourist parador. you can visit the tower lounge, currently oated for events, and you can enjoy its craftsmanship of the 20th century, which initially belonged to the convent of St Roman of the valley. you can also enjoy the bar of the tower, located on the floor -2, to have friends of the cup of the parador. You can also go out to the garden. the restaurant is located in a privileged area overlooking the river orbigo and the old flour factory and the train station benavente, currently made a beautiful park where you can enjoy a walk with the family. the typical food of the region is spectacular. it is recommended the Zamorana clay and the Castilian soup. the staff of the restaurant very professional. the big rooms. those who have views of the pool on foot of it are the best. the pool opens in mid-June. free parking next to the mota park. has electric car charger to request at reception."

small parador located in very cozy benavente, well located ideal for rest and with a very pleasant service. Just a mediocre breakfast with what we're used to in these hotels. I recommend you as an ideal combination to sleep here and eat or dine in the hermit 10 minutes drive from the hotel. (see my test of this).
