Great place for a drink or to eat. Food is always delicious and plenty of it! Staff are friendly and helpful too!

I have visited this restaurant for drinks on the weekends before, but I had never tried the food until now. I don't know why we waited so long, as this has quickly become our new favorite place to eat in Heswall. It is a lovely family-run business with amazing food.

I absolutely love Paradox! Ive been here a few times on a night out, the atmosphere and cocktails were great! Tonight I had food and it was amazing! The portion was generous and we had lovely service from Eddie and the chef Allie came out to make sure we were satisfied. Delicious food and great vibes

more than 20 of us went there to celebrate the 60th birthday of our colleague. we had the best experience with very tasty eating. everyone had the food at the right time, no one had to wait, no one had any complaining about eating or personal. I even ordered an extra meal to take home for my hungry hubby. the staff had nothing to do with it, they were very pleasant and helpful. wants to visit defenitly again.

My partner, Dave, and I decided to order from this restaurant last night for a special treat. We got the sharing box for two, which came with various meats, rice, salad, and some chips. Oh my god, I have never had anything like it before; it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back again. Dave had the ribs and chicken during the week and absolutely loved it. Keep up the good work, this place is amazing for food.

Phoned up to order a takeaway Sunday lunch on a whim. The gentleman on the phone was most amenable and talked through the options- he also allowed me to have a half beef half lamb choice as I couldn’t decide! Collection was quick and easy- ready in 20mins. There was plenty of tasty, tender meat. Roasties and gravy home made- no Aunty Bessie’s! Everything was hot and extra gravy was provided. 4 types of veg came with it all nicely cooked. We were told there is usually a delivery service and we are welcome to order the night before for collection at a set time. This is one of the best take away roasts we have sampled and we will definitely be using the service again! Excellent.
