"I fell by chance on this page, I decided today to launch. and the feast announced in the comments were actually at the appointment. I cracked for a salmon fillet accompanied by fresh pasta, all with a slight forest sauce that will treat your taste buds. For dessert, I chose the homemade chocolate melt and I must admit that to finish this superb meal, there are no other wonders. the quality service had even proposed to heat the melt in case it would not be at the desired temperature or rather mellow. Finally, a culinary experience of the most perfect, and anyone who loves food and respects himself must eat in this restaurant."

This establishment recently changed chef. And it's not bad. ! the choice in wines and beers remains limited. Come to all the scholarships, even to the smallest! I recommend that all major groups of people come here, no need to book!

We came to eat at the george besse with colleagues. The atmosphere is relaxed, the hotel master of good advice for the choice of wines and dishes. homemade pasta with turkey sauce with olives is a treat. Fresh-oiled potatoes are also delicious. This restaurant is a little expensive, but food, fresh and quality, is worth it. View menu

Let's look at a gourmet meal more closely: a delicious entrance and tasty dishes for me to forget the molliuxoui, I speak of their excellent classic bread, of course, I'm sure of it, but no less exciting imagine then of the varied cheese forget your problems and taste as fresh as a rain of desserts juqu'au fin, to the drunken!impossible to study without testing geo

I went there for the first time in September this year and I was seduced immediately! first point: the decor is sublime, I leave you the surprise but it is a place where you feel really good! The dishes served then, are really very good invoice, very well garnished (it is complicated limit to finish our plates so much the dishes are copied), and very nicely presented ! no doubt one of my best year I strongly recommend this restaurant!

"Enoteca has only been going 6 months or so which may explain the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor but don't let that put you off dining here. We'd been staying close by for the week and hadn't realised at first that this restaurant is also linked to a great little deli about 10 doors down on the same rue. So you have two great places to discover! We stopped in there for a glass of wine first in the last of the days sun before heading to the restaurant for dinner. The owner is a lovely, attentive guy who is clearly very passionate about his Italian produce; food and wine! Over dinner we were well looked after and shared delicious burrata as starter, followed by two authentic Italian pasta dishes for main course. The beef in mine was rich and tender, obviously having been cooked for hours. Dessert were small coffees with a delicious citrus mouse on the side and plenty of biscotti biscuits to dip. Drinks wise we'd enjoyed a glass of white at the deli but moved onto passionfruit spritz for aperitifs followed by a delicious Nero d'Avola to match our mains. This red was fantastically smooth and fruity, with no hint of tannins in the after taste. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed out on a Friday night but there is a festival in town for a couple of days so that could be keeping people busy, but this place will surely gain in popularity and in the rankings in Nimes very soon. Recommend this Italian restaurant which suits this French city drenched in Roman history!"
