"I had lunch with friends on the rainy October Day. it is a very spacious place, with many sitting and tables, so we found a table straight. eating was good and in reasonable portions, with affordable trips. there is a great choice. behave as they would expect from a place like this. Unfortunately, our waiter was quite uncomfortable, with an impatient setting during the service. he did not estimate that we are applying for German and actually sound angry. at the end he also forgot to bring us two who we have ordered but were added to the final bill. his polite colleague apologised for the mistake and gave us the bretzels when we left the place. there were good Covid rules: inside there were mandatory masks and handsanitisers; we also had to fill out our details at the entrance. overall a beautiful place; only a cannon for the service."

What a great time!! 25 of us went, and we were in the Paulener tent. Lots of good food, beer and songs. Met people from All over the world. I can’t wait to come back next year.

The first German beer I drank in the USA was a Paulander in 1984, it was delicious! I never dreamed I go to the brewery, will I did. Recently remodeled, very clean and good service, the beer, excellent!

Having visited a record shop in the southern part of central Munich, we decided to walk across to the Paulaner Bräuhaus. It is a bit of a walk out from Marienplatz, but is well worth it and has the same etiquette as other Brauhäuser in...that you walk in and find yourself a table, with a member of staff taking your order when you're ready staff were friendly, the place was warm, very clean, and the beer was excellent just what was needed on a very *very* cold day! A definite must see when in Munich

My husband and I went for dinner and drinks. Very easy to find and good location to get to. Staff are very friendly and can speak English and weren’t put off by our poor attempts of speaking German! We ordered the sharing course for a...main and tried the strudel and creme brûlée for dessert. The food was so good and really good value. I’d recommend the beer flight as it allows you to try and compare the different selections they have. I’m not usually a beer drinker but I really liked my selections! Good atmosphere and very nice setting. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I have been to the Paulaner Bräuhaus on a Friday night with friends, as it was suggested by Tripadvisor. The location reflects the typical German brewery, with nice columns and long tables. The brewery is located slightly outside the city centre, which makes it perfect...to avoid the tourists waves. The menu provides quite all the typical Bavarian food and excellent beer. I would recommend the house special: a pot with Schweinshaxe (Pork Knuckle), roasted duck, meatballs and knödels; you have to be at least two people in order to eat it. The prices are in line with the best non-touristic breweries of Munich: we paid 95 euros in three.

i use TA and European Beer Guide for guidance on my trips; EBG loves this place and well he should. Appears to be a functional brewpub, with real copper kettles actively used for brewing; at the time we were there the brewmaster was polishing them....I got something completely out of the ordinary; a cream cheese platter with pretzel and bread and I have to say, it was actually pretty good. The beer(s) were very solid and the place was beautiful. Several different parts, airy, traditional, but modernized. Super friendly waitress. A bit out of the way, probably a half hour walk from Marientplatz. Well worth it; just a different part of town but a standout beer hall.

on the last day of our visit in Munich we realized that we had tried sparingly so that a quick google and a subway over the city led us to the paulaner brewhouse. the room that greeted us was light and airy, we settled down with a delicious beer that was brewed in front of site. we ordered a teller of spargel, which arrived with a beautiful Hollandaise sauce and tasty kartoffeln, also ordered sides of roast beef and schnitzel to share. everything was delicious, probably our favorite meal. I was a couple of times in the past after a few hours and was always close to the old town so never in this neighbourhood, but would definitely like to return and explore, the brewhouse is definitely worth...
