"We always come back to Pearce's for the charming ambiance, friendly staff, and tasty food. This time, we tried their afternoon tea and it was fantastic! The unlimited drinks included were a nice touch and they were able to accommodate vegetarian needs without any hassle. It was honestly much better than some high-end, expensive afternoon teas I've had. The store itself is delightful and overall, it's a wonderful place to visit!"

Afternoon tea was nice and plenty of choice service was ok and would go again. We’ve booked a table which I think is the best way to go.

Had a delightful afternoon tea at Pearce's cafe. The assortment of savory and sweet treats was incredible, the staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was friendly.

What an absolute delight, we booked afternoon tea which was delicious. The service was great all round a great experience. We live over 35mins away but will be visiting again very soon.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast. The food was cooked perfectly and the service was quick and friendly. It was a lovely treat for my Sunday morning. I would definitely recommend this place.

It’s a long time since we last dined there and we were amazed by the transformation. A lovely breakfast served by an equally lovely young girl. We will certainly be back sooner than later as we are in our mid eighties and love eating out.

I visited last week with my friend and we both had the afternoon tea which we both thought was amazing. Much better than the hotels I’ve visited. The service was excellent and the lady that served us was brilliant super friendly and very attentive.

Unfortunately our family experience was not a good one. We waited 30 mins before getting a drink and a further 20 mins for our cooked breakfast which was cold. We then asked to order coffee and cake but after waiting a further 15 mins decided to leave with takeaway cake, which was delicious. Staff were polite but the service was so slow and the breakfast was cold and average

I’ve said it before will say it again: this place is outstanding. It’s not just the food, it’s the calibre of the staff well trained, proactive, always charming, always friendly, looking out not looking away …. That and the steer from the top eg the invaluable Michelle make this one of the best there is (cafe shop). Special thanks this time to Ben, too, who called me after I mistyped my booking!

Consistently decent food here. Good location and lovely view, can’t wait to eat outside when the weather is better. Definitely worth booking as they seem busy most of the time. I think it changes from breakfast to lunch menu close to midday and they don’t do all day breakfast, so time your arrival. Will visit again. Also popped into the shop, which offers a good variety of quality food, but isn’t cheap.
