"One of the best tasting experiences in Vieste... or rather the best! Higher quality dishes than what I have tried in similar restaurants. All accompanied by the professionalism and friendliness of the owner who was able to advise us and help us discover new and unforgettable tastes. As an appetizer I took a trio of carpaccio, a parmigianetta and some raw sea urchins. Followed by troccoli with blue crab, ravioli filled with burrata with tuna tartare and number one ever troccoli with sea urchins. I conclude: obligatory stop in Vieste! Excellent in everything! The cuisine is something exceptional, the fish very fresh, I recommend the first course ravioli filled with burrata with tuna crudités . A completely original and very suggestive location, especially the outdoor room which overlooks the entire village. Personally we had dinner starting with the appetizer and ending with the dessert. A continuous explosion of flavors and a high quality of fish product perceivable at every meal. The staff: simply the TOP. Professionalism distinguishes these hard workers at every service, always satisfying their customers in the best possible way. What to say, it was certainly a goodbye and I hope also soon!!
