The operation is really very friendly at the front so I had nothing to notice until now. With all you can eat, there are some points I address as I was there at different times. All you can eat: The first thing you notice in the space that you can eat is not always the quality equal there are days there is the food of absolute madness nicely hot not so greasy and really good, but then there are days there again exactly the stark opposite. Then the food is cool and partly too greasy and thus not really tastefully a bomb. I can't imagine how this happens, how I like this place, as I said. However, on the days where the quality also drops, I find it really bad. Prices: Normally, I wouldn't say anything about prices, but the last call really scared me. It was about offering different prices for all that you can eat on different days and we talk about not only 1 € difference, but 5 to 6 euros. There it means on a Monday everything you can only eat 19 € and until Friday the whole thing would be at 25 €. I understand that inflation has higher prices. Go as it may be that it has risen from €15 to €25. So much is not a single person that this price is still justified. It's a pity, because in the future I won't be able to see myself in the Phoenix anymore, because there are simply restaurants that are better off the value of money. But everyone has to decide themselves. I know it is an inflation there and also the prices have risen sharply, but how can you get from €15 ruck to €25. So much is not a single person"

Service and food were top with us. Also the possibility freshly roasted was very good. That it doesn't taste is NOT the preparation that was good. Only a few guests could not behave: the toilets looked after a 3/4 hour... we would rather go! Did they behave like at home? You should take care of it.

the evening buffet (choco fountain) is really great! a lot of choice and the afterfuellen does not take long. the personal is very friendly. the only minus point is that the crooks often stand in the way or sometimes edged with dirty scurry next to their own table, that is then less appetizing. still worth a visit! the deer is nicely designed, pleasantly quiet and also in winter it does not attract great,small compartments and larger seats available, discreet color choice, even the led lighting never bothers:-) we are very happy to go there and take part in the buffet (evenings) that makes selection on spears (almost) no wish open, for the lüdden there are also pommfritz and wockelspudding restaurant.
