amazing cake. they serve a large selection of cakes with many supplements. I tried the motherhood pie with moo pie taste. the only thing is that I think it's a little overpriced. but a very nice visit.

The restaurant offers a unique gluten-free menu that is impressive. The desserts are outstanding, particularly the gluten-free cakes that taste just like the real thing. They even provide gluten-free gravy. The service is exceptional.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good range of very tasty vegetarian pies. Well priced and tasty. Only small negative was that food could have been warmer, but don't let that put you off! Delicious and definately worth another visit.

I absolutely adore the pies at this restaurant. The chicken and mushroom pie, served with a side of mashed potatoes, mushy peas, and topped with their delicious homemade gravy, is simply outstanding. The other pies they offer are also fantastic. I can't wait to visit this place again the next time I'm in Bristol.

Pietastic! As an Australian, I consider myself an expert on pies. These pies are the best I have found in the UK, and it's no surprise considering they were inspired by trips to Australia. There is a delicious variety of fillings to choose from, and they even have a pastry bottom (which is rare in this part of the world).

This place was recommended for gluten free food. The staff/manager were more than helpful, and explained how the food was prepared, even opening fresh produce to minimise cross contamination. 100% will eat here again, when in Bristol. Pies and sides were great, and well priced, however the drinks were more expensive than I expected. Food arrived quickly. Overall I rate this as one of the best places I've eaten, loved it.

After I discovered this place thanks to the uk lonely planet guide, I was impressed. only a short walk away from calbot circus, this place was easy to find (using google maps). there was a good selection of cakes with an equally good selection of pages. I got the matador (a British bark steak, choorizo, olive butter bean cake) in the form of a mothership (pages of lots of gravy, minty bases, crispy torots and cheddar cheese). it was fantastic! I loved the meal and is probably one of the best cakes I had. I even had fun dressing the cake with all sides. free wifi was also a plus for a person on the go. I'd definitely come back to this place when I'm back.
