"This place does have some very impressive cuts of meat, Tomahawks even. The price point is also comparable with at least what you would get at a specialty steak place in the SF Bay. I could tell by the coloring that they do age at least some of their meats, those in their glass display. First be aware that the Yelp map marker is wrongly placed. It should be on the opposite side of the street. I was stubborn trying to find the place and eventually figured it out. Anyway, I wasn't expecting much from the display case t-bone as the inter-muscular fat was not apparent due to the color shift in aging. I like my meats thicker cut... about 2.5cm. Heid's was about half that. They physiologically made up for that by delivering the steak carved on the bias to make the cut appear thicker. Thinner cuts are more difficult to get the med-rare right and I have to say mine was a little too much past med-rare. Acceptable though, good taste."
