"When ordering, BBQ Ribs was ordered with BBQ sauce, Mozarallesticks, a pizza Milano, Potato Wedges. The agent was very friendly and came in ca. 50 minutes later after the call. Instead of the mozzarellasticks, a pizza with cheese and tomatoes and barely edible dry herbs ordered. Asked for a new call to the male Asian-German speaking voice, this naughty I should just order the sticks and not the pizza. The wedges were not frit, but fried half black in the pan, completely fried inside, except they were not seasoned as usual. The BBQ Ribs muffy at both racks, therefore unusable and were probably dipped with a lot of BBQ sauce to overdue the bad pig and that at prices, absolutely fingers away! The acidic sauce offered was quark with herbs. Then prefer Pizza Boy, Al Capriciosa or even Pizzaland, better even Ristaurante Italia or Gulio in Herkenrath!"
