"Here are the perks of this place: the design of this place is phenomenal. Every room and every sauna are held closely to the design concept. It 's literally beautiful and you will find lots of details to appreciate. We also really enjoyed the bistro upstairs where they served really delicous salads. The reason I 'm not giving it 5 stars is because of a couple things: 1) the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are not remotely as warm hot as they should be. 2) I don 't know about you, but after 20 minutes in a sauna, I don 't really need to visit another sauna. More variation in steam rooms or other activity rooms are needed. (That said, there are plenty of rooms where you can lie down) 3) It 's on the pricier side of Thermalbads . But... it is a great gift for others and it is a great way to unwind on a Friday night."

We have been to several German saunas with themed attractions, but I would have to say this is the most elaborate I've seen to date. Especially loved one room in the Indian saunawelt with a large wading pool around a large fireplace. The attention to detail and ambiance is unbelievable! There is a wide range of rest areas, outdoor sunning lawns, and pools with varied temperatures (though they were all a bit tepid to my liking, with the exception of one. My German friend, however, thought all the pools were too warm! Had lunch at one of the cafes; food was great, service was attentive. Top marks on amenities, style, and an overall sense of calm!

Coming from the USA, entering into the Mediterana, is kind of like a dream. It is located in a residential area outside of Koln, Germany. When you enter the co-ed locker rooms, you see very clean, upscale gym type club. It is co-ed, so seeing naked men, women, teens and children is common. Carrying a towel, you enter into Sauna paradise, indoor and outdoor pool, lounge chairs, bar and food area and more. It was interesting to see how friendly everyone was, people would chat in all areas, except for the saunas. "We stayed in Dellbrueck as our main base for exploring Christmas markets in the area. We wanted to walk to dinner one night and came across Brauhaus Dellbrueck. There are daily specials, and that Wednesday, it was Schnitzel Night so it was packed! The friendly...manager spoke English though and immediately found us a table. For Euros, we got a Schnitzel with fries and salad plus a dessert of ice cream with a cherry compote. Definitely go here if you're looking for a casual pub meal"

"After many years I was there again... with quite high expectations... it was somehow mega good in memory. Unfortunately, I was disappointed from the beginning to the end. I was there with my 12-year-old son. I ordered a table for 7.30 a.m.... had to wait in front of the entrance until 20.05. Although many tables were empty. Waiters were very stressed and of the kindness I had remembered was nix more there. Appetizers then came very fast..good. Unfortunately, the steak and the spiess have been waiting for you... we finally got this served at 21.35. The steak was really good... no question... my spies unfortunately burned through and quite. With then an invoice of just under 100 euros..without Alhoholic drinks!. I drove a little disappointed home.."

"great preparation, but bad quality. we were four in the restaurant, and nothing was done. the meat was super delicate, but that was the only positive, because the taste was unfortunately underground. there were unfortunately only red staroms, from the flesh itself we didn't cost anything. the tellers were dressed sweet, the crimpbutter was a really violent garlic butter, and with two of us rolled 5 TK croquets next to a piece of meat on the much too big teller around. there was nothing, no optics nothing, it was just boring. all in all I see no reason to recommend this restaurant unless they are on garlic butter, then the bode is obligatory!"
