"Hello, I used to order in this restaurant and I must say that I was rarely disappointed by the quality and quantity of the dishes offered. Unfortunately, after ordering a panini and a burger that arrived with a delay of 2:00 regarding the scheduled time, I point out to the restaurant's pounder my dissatisfaction with the delay and the food that was totally cold. Being so far a faithful client that I was finally waiting for a commercial gesture of excuse. Instead I did not pay this meal and the deliveryman asked to recover my order (if long waited) I don't know what happened to my meal since I came back to him, who knows what happened he probably fed a pounder or a trash. I ended up ordering elsewhere, hungry and slightly shocked by a cruel lack of customer relationship meaning."
