"I made a reservation at this restaurant for Mother's Day, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the beginning. The server was quite rude, failing to provide us with menus and ignoring us for an unreasonably long time. The service was extremely slow, and one of our meals didn’t arrive until half an hour after everyone else's. In response to this, our unfriendly waiter offered us a dough ball, which they later attempted to charge us for. We also had some food missing, and once again, they tried to charge us for it. Half of the waitstaff seemed to vanish in the midst of service, leaving one overworked waiter to manage the entire restaurant on their own. By the end of our visit, the manager appeared completely unaware of our unsatisfactory experience. The only redeeming aspect was that the food itself was good."

First visit here for years. Not disappointed. Very friendly staff who did that bit extra that sets aside certain chain restaurants. Food fresh, hot and tasty. Will definitely go again soon. Overall an excellent experience

I had lunch at Pizza Express Twickenham today, and I was very disappointed. The customer service was terrible; the waiter was unfriendly throughout my visit and was rude when I paid, especially after I chose not to leave a tip. I won’t be returning.

Big thanks to Libby for great service on Thursday night. We were a large group of seven with many different requests, but Libby rose to the challenge and ensured we all had a fantastic time. The food tasted great and everyone went home with big smiles. Thanks again

I hosted a pizza-making party for my daughter, and the kids had a fantastic time. The staff, Libby and Biola, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend this place for a kids' birthday party. Overall, we had a great experience with both the food and service.

the restaurant was very busy but had to wait a few minutes for a table without reservation. the orders were taken quickly, eating and drinking was quickly brought out. pizzas were delicious. big thanks to jon that we take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed.

This restaurant offers fantastic value, with quality that exceeds expectations. The salad bar has an impressive variety, too. It's conveniently located in the theater district, making it an ideal spot for lunch before our Wednesday matinee at the Savoy. Overall, it was the best meal I've had at a Pizza Hut, so I rate it 5 out of 5!

Me and my Boyfriend came in after watching the rugby today at twickenham. We were greeted by wonderful staff who were very helpful. The place was super busy but that did not affect the food or brilliant service. We were looked after by a young man I think his name was Jon. He was so lovely and really made our meal special and we left feeling very happy.

Things got worse when she began to clear our plates while one person in our group was still eating. She even attempted to take our drinks away, despite there still being liquid in the bottles. Overall, it felt like we were not welcome there, and the rushed atmosphere left us frustrated. We definitely won't be returning. I sincerely hope that her lack of customer service is addressed in the future, as it was shockingly poor on multiple levels.

This was one of my best visits to the restaurant! For a few years now, I haven’t been disappointed with their menu or the quality of the dishes. Everything is consistently of a high standard, and the staff are always attentive and friendly. If other restaurants could match this level of service, dining out would be a real pleasure. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the tables were clean, and the restrooms were tidy. I’m giving them a perfect score of 10/10 today, and a special shoutout to our waitress, Adriana. It was a lovely evening with good wine, delicious meals, and a fantastic tiramisu dessert.
