"I ordered Pizza Express dough balls, Al Forno dough balls, polenta chips, cannelloni, and a latte. The Pizza Express dough balls were served with butter and had a slightly burnt bottom. I cut them open and enjoyed them with the butter. Unfortunately, I found the Al Forno dough balls unappealing, though they were saved by the generous amount of cheese on top. The polenta chips came with a sweet mustard sauce, which I had never tried before. They resembled porridge more than chips, making for an interesting experience. They were served very hot, so I had to wait for them to cool down. The mustard sauce was quite sugary, but surprisingly, it did not detract too much from the overall flavor. The cannelloni was also a first for me, and it was an interesting experience, though not to my liking. The latte looked nice but tasted just average, with nothing particularly special about it. I returned later and ordered the Leggera Vegan Giardiniera, a Beetroot Buddha Bowl, and another latte. My choice of pairing the latte with the beetroot was a mistake, as the flavors did not mesh well, and I ended up drinking very little of it. The Beetroot Buddha Bowl was intriguing, with well-cooked beetroot, but it had too many overly spiced toasted seeds. The Leggera Vegan Giardiniera is essentially a pizza topped with fresh salad around the edges. The bottom was burned a bit too much, so the waiter kindly replaced it for me. The taste was good, resembling a decent pizza but nothing out of the ordinary. If you're interested, you can ask the waiter for the vegan menu."

The food was great, with a solid selection of vegetarian options. I should note that Parmesan cheese isn't vegetarian, and I think there was some on my pizza. However, I'm not overly particular about it. I tried the Fungi pizza, which was full of flavor, had a crispy crust, and was delicious.

The pizza here is incredibly delicious, and there are plenty of gluten-free options available! The staff is very knowledgeable and assisted us in ensuring everything was safe and free from cross-contamination. Additionally, the pizza is served on a black plate to help distinguish it from regular pizza. View menu

Glutenfree pizza available with any topping. Served on a slate plate, so you can see immediately if is the right order. The gf pizzas are slightly smaller than the normal ones but all staff are trained by Coeliac UK, so you have peace of mind. Also gf dough balls available for starters and gf desserts.

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! They provided a comprehensive binder with all the allergen information, and the staff were clearly knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed gluten-free pesto dough balls, Padana pizza, and a chocolate brownie with salted caramel gelato. Every bite was delicious! I would return every time!

Some lovely items on the menu that make this a bit more special than your typical fast food pizza place. Although I noticed a few other dishes ordered by others looked less appetising, we were pleased by our meal and service. My wife really enjoyed the Buddha bowl and the coffee and masala figs were very decadent. I found the calabrese a little too thin and would have been better with a bit more cheese, tasty enough but for the money felt over priced. View menu

We dined here tonight for an unplanned meal and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. We sampled several different pizzas, and each one was delicious; the new BBQ burnt ends pizza was particularly outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially considering they are currently short-staffed. It's worth noting that, as of this review, they are operating on a reservations-only basis due to staffing challenges. We will definitely be back, as everything was fantastic!

I have worked here for three months . And I have came in to work today and I’ve been sacked I feel it’s a very unfair dismissal . My abscence I have had has been due to me not being well done with my mental health . General manager has no compassion or care towards staff members the worst general manger I have had in any job. The rest of the management and staff are so lovely including all the chefs but sadly the general manager is not a nice person it’s not about the customers for him which it should be it’s all about himself and making money not a good person in general at all I am appoled by the way I’ve been treated not just by him but by an other staff member called Ella . She has gave...

"Oh, what a day we had at The White House for my auntie’s 88th! It was pure magic, right from the off. The team there couldn’t have been more welcoming, making us all feel right at home in the heart of Scotland. Now, let’s gab about the food it was out of this world! We started with gluten free fish n chips, and let me tell you, it was as good as any chippy by the sea – crispy, golden, and just packed with flavor. The venison steak and beef short rib? Cooked just how you’d want them, tender and full of taste. The gluten free burgers were a hit too, so juicy and well seasoned. For pudding, we had these scoops of ice cream, smooth as you like, and an apple crunch cheesecake that was simply to die for. But it was our server, Anastasia, who really made our day. She was a wee star – always there with a smile, quick with a recommendation, and knew her menu inside out. I barely noticed our water bottle was empty, and whoosh, there she was with a full one. That’s service for you! The atmosphere in The White House was just as warm and inviting as you’d hope for. It felt like sitting in a cosy wee pub in the Highlands, with all the charm and friendliness you’d expect. So, if you’re ever in the mood for a meal that’s as satisfying as a wee dram on a cold night, head to The White House. It’s not just eating; it’s a proper Scottish experience, full of heart and soul"
