"I 've been going to this branch for the past 15+ years. The shift manager today(17/04/2024) needs to be put through some serious customer service training. He 's clearly unhappy with his job and this reflects in the way he treats customers. Just a friendly note to the manager. You do NOT own Pizza Express. You simply work there. An owner would never want to lose a long lasting customer of 15+ years. I 'll never visit here again. I 'll assure you within the next 3 months your branch will drastically decline in sales with this imposter manager in charge of this branch. You silly little boy."

Great restaurant on Lapwing Lane for our community in Old Moat, Withington and Didsbury in South Manchester. Well done to Cllr Debbie Hilal on her election win for Labour Party in West Didsbury in May 2024 too.

Went out for a meal with my boyfriend after working a 12 hour shift and was served by Joe. He was nothing but nice the whole time. His service was really warming making the meal the most enjoyable one I’ve had. So Joe if you ever see this thank you for making me smile.
