"Overall this is a fantastic place to eat and the staff were lovely ,majority of the food was fantastic, the only issue was the menu we were sent was not the menu that was being served , the dishes were simplified which was a shame , the brown shrimp arancini sadly was very bland and looked like just rice but the rest of the food was beautifully cooked , well balanced , delicious and cooked extremely well so would definitely go back as apart from the arancini the food was stunning and every member of staff was attentive friendly and brilliant !"

First visit but won't be the last! Construction of the food and the flavours delivered were exceptional. Staff were also a delight. Well done.

Delicious meal, perfect portion size and well presented. Attention from staff was just right with Martha deserving a special mention, and balanced menu with a good selection of meat-free dishes, making it overall a fantastic dining experience.

The relaxed atmosphere was very much appreciated and expected as we visited midweek following New Year. Food and service excellent throughout. A separate gluten free menu was also appreciated, with very few omissions from main menu which is great. Tried the parmesan and truffle chips as a side, they were as good as promised!

Tasty and delightful meal in the restaurant kala on a wet januarnacht. like the bistro menu, with three possibilities. warm waitress and elegant presentation of the dishes . nice to see the cook in the open kitchen. delicious pork pan for main and inherit carrot and bacon starter. pleasant free focaccia to begin and to fudge at the end of the meal. not too expensive at about 70 pfund for two. will definitely return!

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
