"we went there at noon and took advantage of the offer of pizza at will. the waitress came to have our choice and to sharpen us on our choices. She was very friendly, professional and at our hearing. There were a lot of different pizzas (8 in total,) I tasted 4 different and she all got me 4. it has a thick paste and a taste never seen elsewhere and succulent I advise you to make a tour it is worth the detour."

"Ocytocine on arrival: we have not booked, but we are greeted with the smile and we receive a small table at the end of the bar attention the head) which turns out to be the best, the boss passes regularly, discusses a little, it's very nice. Small room will be booked next time), but the tables are spaced enough to speak only between us. Very beautiful ambiente A real Italian menu with all the steps, typical dishes, antipasti to dessert, and secondi. After a good Negroni, the vitello tone is a more than successful interpretation of the traditional recipe: fine pieces and not sliced, snacked and not boiled, a less mayonnaise and tuna sauce and a perfect presentation, with fruits of the cherry, small tomatoes, basil, short: a treat. The dishes: succulent! St. Stone with grilled vegetables and Osso bucco cooking slow 4 hours! Nothing better to have soft meat and crunchy vegetables, perfect presentation and simply great. The whole watered with an excellent rosé that perfectly mixes the two dishes on the advice of the boss. To top it all, the cannolo siciliano in dessert, crispy tile it was not prepared hours in advance), ricotte with super creamy pistachio and cinnamon only in the plate, a master stroke. The two white and amber clusters accompany as much finesse as the rest of the meal. No matter what we eat, but with whom... there it was perfect, both for one e) and for the other. We'll come back, sure!"

"We visited Le Chateau des Iles for dinner on March 30, a drizzly, cool evening in Paris. Our hotel concierge made same-evening reservations for 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night and we took an Uber from our downtown hotel, an approximately 15 minute drive for about the same number on Euros. We arrived at the small dock in the park where a ferry boat continually shuttles guests across the lake to and from the restaurant. The ride is approximately one minute! Upon arrival at the restaurant across the lake, you walk through the lower floor bar and upstairs to the restaurant, a rustic wooden lodge. We were warmly greeted on the porch by a large goose who quacked a welcome and shook his tail feathers as we hurried into the warmth of the restaurant. Inside, the hostess seated us quickly and chatted with us about her recent trip to the U.S. and Savannah, one of our favorite cities. Our waiter had just returned from Miami and was eager to share. All servers were friendly and helpful. Our hostess spoke fluent English and was very helpful with explanations of menu items as needed. The menu consisted of several fresh fish dishes- cod, bream, sole and sea bass. In addition, there were steak dishes as well as chicken. When asked about other seafood, like shrimp or scallops, we were told that the "crispy" (fried) shrimp could be ordered as an appetizer or dinner item. Two of our party ordered the sea bass with black rice and one ordered "steak tartare raw cooked" meaning it was cooked to order rather than the usual raw and was served with a cone of fries. Both were delicious and we ate every morsel. The portions were just the right amount, not skimpy and not overwhelmingly large. For dessert, we ordered "profiteroles" or cream puffs with ice cream scoops. There were three of each and just the right amount for three of us to share and finish off a lovely evening. The restaurant was being enjoyed by couples as well as larger groups. Overall, a very mixed crowd of diners. There was no outdoor seating on this evening due to the weather but I am sure that it would be a lovely spot on a clear day or evening. There is a large terrace suitable for enjoying a before or after dinner drink and for soaking in the view of the lake and surrounding park setting. Our total for three entrees with a glass of wine and two beers was approximately 117 euros. We would highly recommend this lovely restaurant while in Paris."
