Pizza Hut - Menu

Today, I took my two sons for lunch at this restaurant and we received excellent customer service from a young man named Cameron and another young man with blonde hair (whose name I didn't catch). They went above and beyond to take care of us, and I was reassured to see them following all COVID19 safety guidelines.

No refillable drinks as machine had broken down, some pizza toppings unavailable, stuff missing from salad bar, and pizzas so drowned in tomato sauce that the very sparse servings of cheese and toppings slid off when tried to cut up. On plus side, staff were very nice, and food arrived pretty quickly and was well cooked.

Staff friendly and efficient and the food was really good. Restaurant clean and tidy and I was impressed with the meticulous way the staff dealt with a broken glass. They searched a very large are just to be certain. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the new idea of going up to the counter to order your good rather than table service. Assume this a corporate decision so not this restaurants fault

My family visited during peak time (5:30pm on a Saturday) for my daughters 5th birthday. The salad cart was basically empty, the ladies toilet were out of order, men’s disabled were unacceptably filthy. I had to take a four year old to a shop to find a clean toilet during a storm!! The food was below average and completely overpriced, especially the starters!! The portions were tiny for the price!! No response from customer service within 24 hours. Definitely not somewhere I would return to.

Just picked up a takeaway was told to collect in 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later was told that my pizzas were in the oven and it wouldn’t be long. Another 25 minutes later I finally get my pizzas. Make the 5 minute drive home and everything is stone cold!!! Absolutely disgraceful!! Would have complained there and then but the guy who got his order just before me was speaking to the manager but was basically being told about that it could take 20 minutes or 45 minutes nothing they can do about it!!! What?!?!?! Ridiculous!!! Will not return!!!

The visit started badly with no welcome and being told off for sitting at a table god forbid you want to buy pizza and a fizzy drink. Well all fizzy drinks were out of stock and various toppings were out of stock but to fair to the cook he did offer alternatives then alternatives to those as these were also out. I was given a non vegetarian pizza the restaurant should be on top of the vegetarian and allergy issues. The salad counter left a lot to be desired and the restaurant was not very clean Service was very slow over half an hour for coffee and tea. I suggest you visit another restaurant on the retail park until Pizza Hut up’s it’s game.

I have visited this Pizza Hut multiple times in the past month for their “Bluffets”. They currently offer unlimited pizzas brought to your table when ordering through the app, along with a pasta dish and your choice of salads. The pizzas may be small, but they are cooked fresh and served hot! On one occasion, they ran out of the deep pan option after we ordered, which was disappointing for me as I prefer thicker crusts, resulting in a less enjoyable lunch. However, the staff at this location are friendly and accommodating. They work hard to meet everyone's needs with the new buffet system. Came here for my brothers 13th birthday. Upon arriving we were shortly seated to our table with menus. After deciding what we were having we sat there for 20mins waiting for someone to take our order as this is what happens in every other pizza hut we had been to but there was not one member or staff in site for a long time. We then managed to speak to a lady who was slowly cleaning a big table which had been sat there messy for quite some time and she informs us that it is order at bar which would have been nice to know when we were seated but hey ho... pizza came out quite quick which was good but seeing as it is fresh it tasted quite flavourless and could have had a frozen pizza from asda...

Two parents, three young children sat on a table in the corner at the front of the restaurant. I, as a lone customer, was placed on the table next to them. The behaviour of this family was absolutely horrifying. Two of the children, whom I hate to say were filthy (not the children 's fault , were being allowed to shriek at the top of their voices without a word from either of the parents. I know children sometimes do this but any decent parent would put a stop to it after a while instead of allowing it to continue in such an uncivilised manner for the entire time.
