Ordered food at 5:50 was told a 40 minute wait, 40 minutes gone and no food. The app on justeat changed and said enjoy your food even though we had not been delivered anything! No answer on the phones, shocking service Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Poor service when chasing my order. Not notified when they knew it would be late. When the pizza did arrive, 1 hour and 30 minutes late it was stone cold. I got worried when they said my order was ready and they had no drivers to bring it. I'm assuming it was sat on the side getting cold by that point. View menu

Placed an order. Waited an hour for it to be delivered. They couldn’t find the address. (Apparently google maps hasn’t made it to Banbury yet). Placed the order again to collect, web page said my order was ready for collection. 20 minutes after it apparently being ready, I’m still waiting!! Absolute joke!! Regrettably, the food was subpar. We started with chili prawns, only to find they were watery shrimp that were hard to locate. Our main courses of Caesar salad and prawn pizza were also lacking. The salad was predominantly just leaves, with no Parmesan or anchovy flavor, and the chicken was noticeably absent from the pizza. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience.

Absolutely Useless!! Incompetence to its core. Ordered over an hour ago, called them to get an update, I was told there is no order with those details. Idiot on the phone said he will chase up, didn’t call me back. I called back 10 minutes later and they are passing the phone between eachother making excuses and the original guy apparently “went home” 10 minutes after saying he will give me an update. If I was the management, I would literally sack everyone on this shift, so useless its unreal!!! Order never arrived also! Full refund has been requested. View menu
