missing item. restaurant would not send a new one out and only told us to claim a refund

Hands down best pizza in Surrey. Thanks for a really lovely evening and looking after us so well.

Although the pizzas are indeed half decent, the Uber delivery driver stacked the pizzas on their sides, resulting in a crumpled mess of a pizza! So hence 1 star .. View menu

Alan at the Pizza Project was so kind, can-do, accommodating and helpful when asked to cater 27 pizzas for our mini camping festival nearby. Pizzas were great quality, deliciou and arrived hot. Overall a FABULOUS 5’s well deserved

Food was lovely however ordered for collection and was told it would be another 5 minutes. It ended up being 30 more minutes. I understand that you were busy but while I was waiting in the store after already leaving and coming back, I was not once spoken to. If someone apologised for the wait then I wouldn’t have minded so much but I was ignored. Once again, food was great but I think customer service was lacking tonight.

Stopped by with the family on the way home from the airport for a pizza supper. Our kids were not at their best and the restaurant was incredibly busy but the staff were amazingly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to accommodate the children. The food was top notch and made from excellent ingredients. Our only regret is that we don’t live closer so can’t visit more often!! View menu

Food arrived an hour late. Ordered at 1930, it came at 21:00. Driver said he had been waiting 45 minutes in the store for our order every time he asked for an update he was told “just coming”. They were apparently very busy. I ended up calling the store around 20:30 and was told it’s just being cut it was then sent 20 minutes later. Food was an okay quality, but was quite cold as expected, this place came highly recommended but won’t be ordering again.

Firmly appears on Tastecard but not accepting it anymore . We stayed despite this. Tasty pizza but very thin on the topping department, classic salad- small plate of mainly lettuce with a little cucumber and tomato garnish( should be called side salad at best), tiny mayo pot £1.75( free in a bottle in most establishments of this type), 12.5% service added( though would have been removed if asked which I obviously wouldn 't- not the waiters ' fault any of this). To sum up- OK pizza, small salad, small iced drinks and a bill of £32.23. Absolutely exorbitant. Good luck to anyone paying it. Not me. Not again.

This place is the undisputed champion of Merstham!!! After and exhilarating walk. We stopped off for an early dinner treat. Our lovely waitress Beth, who is a massive asset to the company, served us with a calm, kind and knowledgeable attitude. Given that we had one coffee connoisseur and an Italian specialist in tow. My coffee a perfectly blended flat white was delicious and well rounded. The pizza bits were truly tasty, the sharing platter was balanced and flavourful and the salads were light and refreshing. The tiramisu was a little dense and could have done with the usual coffee liqueur, but the lemon cheesecake had depth a nice lemony tang all the way through. I’m not sure all the tips... View menu
