"This restaurant is located one the left side of the Mosel, the part of the town called Kues but coming from Bernkastel you only have to cross the bridge, turn left and walk to reach it. I live in Trier and currently work in...Bernkastel-Kues. For lunch this is my favourite restaurant. First of all, the food is very good and priceworthy (I always ask for todays menu and have taken it every time). In a place like Bernkastel-Kues, where lots of tourists stay only for one day and there is no need to satisfy them, this is surely not the norm. Don`t ask for favourite meals: Pizza (with bresaola and rucola) was of italian quality, the Schnitzel is also nice, the ravioli (with asparagus filling) seem to be selfmade. I like them all (and others). Besides, the owner is a particularly friendly guy. The interior seems a bit outdated, but don*bt be mistaken!"

Terrible experience...waited 15 minutes to get menu....after been ignored by the waitress...she gave menu to guests arriving after us. And continue to ignore us... after another 15 minutes we decide to leave.

by coincidence we passed this authentic pizzeria and it was incredible. eating was incredible and the service was perfect. the waiter was friendly and very helpful in selecting our drinks and eating! we will definitely come back as soon as we are close. .
