"In dieser Preiskategorie sind wir Besseres gewöhnt. Sie haben den Grund unseres Besuchs abgefragt, wir gaben „Geburtstag“ an. Eine kleine Geste wäre schön gewesen! Bei unseren letzten Besuchen gab es zum Schluss noch selbstgemachte Pralinen, das wäre noch ein Höhepunkt gewesen. Kräutersalz als Abschiedsgeschenk war auch eine gute Idee! Wir hatten eine Anfahrt von über 40 km, beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns das genau überlegen, ob wir das wieder auf uns nehmen."

"“Zum Bäumle” is a Greek restaurant on the driveway in the centre of Sweetens. However, since a few years ago the B10 bypass road around sweets has been completed, transit traffic has drastically decreased. It is therefore also possible to sit on the covered terrace untrusted and must not be feared that his own word will no longer be understood due to poor loaders. In addition, the owners have significantly expanded the outdoor area lately and also visually upgraded so that my wife and I decided to visit this place at pleasant evening temperatures. Most tables in the outdoor area were already occupied on our arrival, but there was still a free place for both of us. The service was immediately at the place to give us the menus. There are the usual Greek dishes as well as a page of German dishes, nothing unusual. Since I couldn't decide correctly, I asked the service for a recommendation. In this case, the operation often stutters something like “with us everything is recommended”, but in this case it is not pleasing. From the two recommendations, I chose the “Santorini cellar” consisting of Gyros, Lammkotelett and Calamari. As a supplement rice and tzatziki. As an appetizer, I chose crabs from the pan in tomato sauce. My wife did not need the help of the service, she chose a gyro with Greek roast potatoes and Tzatziki, and as a dessert Greek yogurt with honey. Prices: “Santorini-Teller” (Gyros, lamb chop, Calamari, rice and Tzatziki : 13.90 EUR Gyros with roasted potatoes and Tzatziki: 10.40 EUR Garidakia (rabbs in tomato sauce : 7.60 EUR Greek yoghurt with honey: 4.60 EUR Still water, 0.75 l: 3.40 EUR yeast Both my wife and me tasted the dishes we chose. Especially, however, the lamb chop came to me, this was wonderfully tender. Unfortunately there was only one on the plate. When I praised the lamb chop when I was clearing and expressed regret that only one was present, he said that there was certainly something to be done during the next visit. The Calamari was also very good: very picantly seasoned and deliciously baked. My wife loves Greek yogurt, but the portion was so great that they could not create it with the best will, and there was also something left. Above all, it was not saved with honey – much should not have missed half a pound. At the end there was an ouzo at the expense of the house, the I-Tüpfelchen on a successful dinner. Conclusion: the economy “Zum Bäumle” does not offer exceptional creations, but the typical Greek dishes in Germany. However, the bid is very excellent, and prices are pleasantly favourable. The economy makes a well-kept impression, in particular the outdoor area has been very friendly and expanded in recent years. The service is friendly and in combination with the kitchen fix. Nevertheless, here the only real point of criticism: the lady who serves us (Chefin? was something too talkative to my wife. Above all, she was extremely polite to the guests, but to her colleagues she had a very snippy, even insulting sound."

"Wir waren letztes Wochenende da. Das Essen war gut, die Bedienung bisl überfordert. Es war allerdings nicht übermäßig viel los. Unsere Getränkebestellung hat sehr lange gedauert . Lag daran, dass sie andere Tische die nach uns kamen zuerst gemacht hat. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir Salat und Suppe. Meine Suppe kam allerdings erst nachdem die anderen am Tisch ihren Salat schon fertig hatten. Das war schlecht getaktet . Dafür waren die Portionen der Hauptspeise reichlich und es hat gut geschmeckt."

"Waren bereits zum zweiten mal hier essen und heute zum Hochzeitstag. Das Ambiente ist einladend und man wird sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kombination der Räumlichkeiten mit gedämmten Licht und ruhiger Musik laden zu einem gemütlichen Abend ein. Zu Essen gab es dann als Vorspeise einen Blattsalat mit wunderbarem Hausdressing und eine Suppe mit hausgemachten Maultaschen. Danach die Ochsenbäckchen, die eigentlich mit einer Trüffelrahmsoße serviert werden. Da wir aber nicht so die Trüffel-esser sind, haben wir beim Service angefragt, ob es eventuell auch ohne Trüffel möglich wär. Der nette Herr sprang daraufhin in die Küche und klärte das ab. Trüffelrahm wurde ersetzt durch eine leckere Bratenjus. Das Highlight allerdings war das Bisonfilet, dass gerade in einer exklusiven Steakkarte angeboten wird. (Bison, Wagyu, US-Prime Beef, Preise variieren) Noch NIE habe ich so ein gutes Stück Fleisch gehabt, wirklich ein Traum. Dazu gibt es hausgemachte Steaksauce, Salz und Meerrettich. Aber meiner Meinung, brauch man nichts davon. Zum Abschluss gab es dann noch Blätterteig Canneloni mit Vanillecreme und Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte im Glas und Kirschsorbet. Auch das Dessert ist zu empfehlen und rundete den ganzen Abend hervorragend ab. Ich kann das Schloss Restaurant rund um Daniel Schadwinkel und sein Team wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Unglaubliche Qualität der Lebensmittel und ein sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Team. Wir kommen sicher wieder"
