"After a morning spent walking miles around the various Roman sites in Trier, I desperately needed something to eat and a glass of beer. As it was Carnival quite a few places were packed, but this little gem still had some space. Service was speedy...and friendly, and it wasn't long before a dish of black olives and a bowl of bread arrived, which was very welcome, particularly as I hadn't been expecting it. My meal of tuna penne was extremely tasty and it was a very generous portion. I was extremely pleased to have stumbled across this restaurant and would certainly recommend it. Good value, too"

Great food, an authentic atmosphere and very friendly staff made my stay at Klein-Florenz very nice. The prices are also very fair and the wholesome experience was totally fine. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I was in Trier for business and walking through town to find a place for dinner. there was a tiny square between two streets that had some tables. They belonged to Klein Florenz. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and some olives as a starter, and...pasta for the main course. The service was ok, but the food was marvellous. It was a dish you don't find that often on a menu and you could tell that the pasta was homemade. Will certainly come back!
