"Let's sum up: we're still in a white george restaurant (the white spirit ah! ah "ah")2 toques and 13/20 at gault and vintage - 1 plate at michelin !a room almost empty, a " hotel master " nonchalant, waitresses not really friendly... Allow me to take an example: there was a couple with a dog. I really like dogs, but I'm still convinced they don't have anything to do in restaurants. the dog was installed on his cushion; After a while he was tired of waiting and I understand it. his master then took him on his knees for almost an hour. The dog was medium in size and his master kept kissing him between the two ears, the dog's snout was at the height of the table. the famous "hotel master" brought the dishes without ever asking these people to put their beast on the ground, it's unforgivable for me!When I had dinner: it was good without more. We'll never get back to it again."

We wanted to try this restaurant, well placed on a quiet place in the heart of the village.Home and impeccable service. The terrace was pleasant.The house offers a very interesting dessert menu, 22€ at noon, 25€ at night (see my photo of the menu of that day). We preferred to take the local speciality: a cream-and-blade braid chicken, delicious and well served (2 beautiful pieces).Total for two people: 112€ (a beer, water, 2 cream-ficked chickens Moral supplement, 2 glasses of red wine st joseph, a dessert, two coffees).

Very nice and clean frame. Friendly, pleasant and competent staff. On the kitchen side, I found that it was medium. I took a Bresse chicken that clearly missed cooking. I had trouble cutting it. Concerning dessert, the presentation is very beautiful but tasteful the whipped of the thousand-sheet was fade and tasteless as well as the pastry cream... It’s a pity because I can’t say it’s bad but there’s clearly a lack of adjustments because the quality of the products is there... Compared to the Frenchman where the Auberge Bressane, the chicken of Bresse is not at the height for almost the same price... But despite that, we had a good time.

"It was a party with friends who enjoyed good wines, organized in advance to taste some pearls from the north of the peninsula. We were 26 comfortable in the room. piero, the model boss and his small team had prepared a speciality meal of the Bologna-Trévise-Vérone triangle allowing to enjoy 2 types of nectar: the balsamic vinegar of modène (aceto balsamico di modena) accompanied by the 3 dishes of the Italian antipasti meal, primo, secondo piatto, in 4 versions of 9 years, 18 years, 25 years and even. We were able to compare the aromas of these four jewels directly.Piero knows his products and suppliers that he has been visiting regularly for a long time. These delights are available at the shop, like a whole family of Italian products, pasta, wines, etc. the second part of our tasting concerned the wines of the valpolicella, nearby region of modène, located between the guard lake and the city of Verona. So we were able to compare 2 vintages of ripasso as well as 2 vintages of alumona della valpolicella, 2 atypical red wines of this region of Veneto, developed by adding a mesh of the just-shared clusters. the amarone are very appreciated by amateurs and it was a great pleasure to be able to taste and compare four of these jewels. an excellent evening, a great discovery, a great bravo in piero and his team for having enjoyed us. We'll be back."
