We came across this warm, friendly cafe in Quorn. The food was delicious and freshly made to order. A little treasure! Food can be eaten there or it has plenty of take away options too.

If you are looking for a good lunch with quality and generous portion sizes, this is a great choice. I tried the chicken and bacon salad, and maybe also had a slice of cake. Don't let the price scare you away. Overall, it was a good first experience. View menu

we visited pretzel for coffee and sat several minutes on a table and no personal approached. I went into the opposite and stood for 2 minutes, where 3 employees ignored me. we were disappointed in being in this caffe and being ignored. We had breakfast at a small café and it was really good. All the items were freshly cooked and the dish was excellent. Sometimes scrambled eggs can look unappetizing if they've been sitting on a hot plate for too long, but everything was hot and delicious. The cappuccino was also good and the service was friendly. They also sell locally made products like chutneys and jams. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Quorn.

I have met a few friends here for lunch needing to reserve a table at busy times, I found this was a total waste of time when i found they had let my booked table to a couple of friends with babies and prams.. without wanting to make a fuss I told them how disappointed i was and they just shrugged their shoulders. One lady who works there seems friendly the others arent at all. the food is good and not bad price if you take away I wont be going there again after this recent experience though View menu

I recently visited a charming deli/cafe that had been recently refurbished, and it looked wonderful. The cake was amazing and incredibly fresh, and all of the food looked lovely. Everything is homemade locally, adding to the charm. The hot chocolate was thick and hot, truly a luxurious treat. The staff were very friendly and efficient, quickly preparing food and drinks without sacrificing quality. The cafe and restroom were very clean, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

I can't praise this place too much. I know that the reviews are usually overly silent (by family or friends) or unclearly critical (by competitors), but I am neither ... this place is excellent. the cakes earn a sounding 10 out of 10.but the...home made savouries (vegetable rolls, small partridge pies, scotch eggs) are phenomenal and guarantee a 12 out of 10 mark. and my experience after visiting about 6 is that the service is also very good. this place deserves really good to do and I strongly recommend that they try it out and help him survive these difficult times.

This is a great little cafe. The quality of the food is excellent, and there is plenty of choice for a light lunch or for coffee and cake. Much of the food is homemade and can be taken away too. The Scotch eggs are the...best I've ever tasted, and all the cakes I've had have been delicious. In my view the price of the food is very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients, and it compares very favourably to similar cafes locally. The service is always polite and prompt. My only criticism is that the cafe is fairly small and so can be busy and crowded at times. Otherwise it is a perfect spot for lunch. View menu
