"I went to Prezzo's with my family and a friend and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff, especially a young man named James, were very friendly. James had great banter and was very knowledgeable about the menu. He knew exactly what to recommend and when to recommend it. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommended."

Terrible service from staff who don't seem to care. Very long wait for food which was mediocre at best with various people being served the wrong meal at least ten minutes after the rest of the group. Completely unable to cope with groups of more than people or those parties which have younger children in them. Won't be returning.
