"Bought a Chicken Skewer Wrap. Description is 'Griiled chicken, peppers, onions, lettuce mayo '. It didn 't come with mayo. So I went up to the counter and said my wrap has no mayo. I was told that it doesn 't come with mayo, you have to put it in yourself, and pointed to where the sachets are located. So 1. The description is misleading, 2. You have to be psychic to know that it doesn 't come with mayo, 3. You have to unwrap the wrap to put the mayo in. Try and wrap that back up! And the best of it is that two waitresses agreed it was strange. Too right! Oh, and website says £5.95. It 's £6.95. P.S. My wife 's Chicken Avocado Salad wrap came with mayo (as in the description)."

Unfriendly staff. Huffing and puffing because we asked for a coffee 30 minutes before closing time. Grumpy. Made us feel unwelcome. Never again.

I have been going to Primo every morning. The staff is amazing, the coffee is excellent, and the food is always top-notch. They are always so kind and remember exactly how you like your coffee. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly, the coffee is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious; especially the roasted aubergine. It is a fantastic value for the price and a perfect spot to grab lunch or enjoy a coffee and dessert.

Terrible service, sat down waiting to be served while a worker went around cleaning tables. I approached the counter to find two other girls too busy to serve me as they were deep in conversation. Don't worry, I took my business elsewhere, won't be back.

Primo Orpington is the best coffee shop you will find. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the care for customers is without doubt genuine. I go here most mornings before work and always get a warm welcome, great service and a giggle.

You cannot beat this friendly, ambient, and atmospheric restaurant which serves food of superb quality without having to wait. It’s always busy which is testimony to its reputation as one of the best eateries in Orpington. We come here on a regular basis and never left without feeling welcomed and looked after. Try it. You will not be disappointed.
