Primrose Golden Fish Chips

I recently moved to the area and have visited this fish shop twice. I found the food to be delicious, the staff to be friendly, and I would definitely recommend it.

Food arrived within time stated. Fish n chips were hot and very tasty. Burger n salad tasted lovely. Driver was polite and friendly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

Don't waste your money food absolutely disgusting. Ordered x2 pizzas both cold and had no base sauce on them. Kebab meat wasn't cooked We were also missing a sauce . Food was vile Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 View menu

This was the worst fish and chips I have ever had!! I paid £6.85 for it and I truly believe it was not suitable for human consumption. The chips were horrible - cold and had a cardboard-like texture. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

Once again primrose never fails, little muck up with my order forgot two cans of pop but honestly they rang back sent a free pizza and 2 cans of pop amazing customer service they couldn't of been any more apologetic deffo deserve a 10/10. Really enjoyed our food tonight thank u. Had a fonecall to say had no pepperoni but if I could wait extra 15 mins on delivery they would make a wrap. They sent a pepperoni pizza instead so when I rang the lady on phone was lovely, she says aww I read order wrong so sent a wrap out aswell. Absolute lovely customer service. I’ve visited here numerous times, every time I cringe at the poor hand hygiene. However a while ago I visited and ordered a chip butty. I questioned (I presume it’s the owner) a mark that was on the bread bun only to be told it’s “just chicken tikka”. I had to demand a fresh new bun which he handled with his unwashed bare hands, the bread was basically contaminated. Also the portions are stingey. I’d rather trek elsewhere. View menu
