"We went to the Queen Charlotte in windsor for a Sunday lunch, we were sat in the centre room. The pub smelt like dirty toilets, the female staff was lazy and not really bothered to pay attention to customers. There was plates on the table and empty glasses. The food was awful, tasted like the meat had been reheated, the veg was cold, the stuffing was still frozen, there was no presentation with the food. When we raised this concern, we were apologised too, but here is the worst bit, we was told that the meat was from last week as not enough roasts were sold the previous Sunday, so it was frozen to be reused. We was also told that the chicken pies are made from chicken roast which isn’t sold on a Sunday. This is disgusting and the food is not fresh. The place really needs a new manager or ownership because this isn’t the queen Charlotte we loved to go to this time last year. We would rather go to a dirty kebab van then eat it this establishment again. We do not recommend and we advise to stay away. If we could do zero star then we would."

Great pub , very close to Windsor castle. Good atmosphere outside and inside. The drinks are nice , especially the Pina colada. Would come again !!!

Dog friendly, great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff! One of my favourite places to visit in Windsor. Recommend coming for the Quiz night!

Service was fab. But once dinner plates were taken away we were abandoned for 20 mins with the dessert menu. We were going to have desserts but then left due to lack of service. Shame as food was wonderful and up to that point service incredible. View menu

Average food, no complaints, until the bill came, we were charged a service charge of £12, there is nothing on the menu that states anything about a service charge. Are we becoming so americanised, I prefer to tip if I so choose . For this reason I would never return there.

A lovely little pub located in the shortest street in Britain. Very busy when we went, great atmosphere, the food was very good, and the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Food prices are very reasonable but bar prices are a tad steep. Tables in the bar are placed very close together. There is no disabled toilet and the gents is at the top of winding stairs, but it is an old pub.
