"for japanfans there is another rambar in the Japan district around the evermannstraße with the takezo and perhaps one of the best, because here the suppenings come with noodles of real noodle flour imported from japan. In addition, one cooks authentic broth without degreasing, as is usual in japan, and in the beats the aromatized fat rim is not cut off. the type of ritter is Shikoku style and thus in contrast to the usual Tokyo wheel. also miso and kimchi are different aromen and promise even ramen expert new chess experiences. a little more expensive than other ramenrestaurants nearby, it is something special. the equipment is as much as in most other destructive, but who is it?"

I was so pampered with eating that I never had to hand it over again!

white tantan was delicious, but I wish there was more to beat. cold tea was also beautiful.

It was the best Miso Ramen I had so far. Comes without tofu, so next time I will ask if they put some in :

cozy, especially the theke. also the snake goes straight. we have taken the rittermkt to fried vegetables, so that also to beat it properly. otherwise they can order 1€.

eating was unusable, it smelled like eating spoiled. the worst offender we ate. suddenly no one could get German or English when we complained. never again! operation anerated, service was unfriendly and totally unjapanese!

they usually have to wait outside in a waiting queue to come, but it does not take too long as the staff is very well organized. there are 8 marked vegan dishes on the menu, unfortunately no with tofu. Today I chose the vegan yasai shoyu. the sweet was very fresh and crispy. both shoyu and Miso rays are very tasty. I'm a little jealous of the carnival. much more choice like vegan gyoza, tofu and mochi and other dishes.

Very amazing vegan Ramen, tastewise my favourite so far (in Düsseldorf and beyond . Tried the miso and shoyu ramen, personally like miso more : Can recommend the spicy variants, the spiciness really elevates the taste. Unfortunatly they don't use Tofu as a topping. Be prepared to wait a bit outside, as often there is a small line waiting in front of it, but it does not take that long until your through it. Price is acceptable and not expensive in my opinion, very nice ambiance, feels like a ramen bar.

the white tantan was delicious, but would not have made me satisfied if I had not ordered the extra noodles. I ordered the simple rams without additional toppings, which was disappointing for 13€ because I got the broth, noodles and a single piece of pak choi and some drones and scalions. the worst ding tho (and my reason for 3 stars) is the terrible service. we had to wait forever, even though there was a free table. a person who runs the service during the midday period is not sufficient. updated by the previous rating on 2022-07-23
