"Venue: The restaurant has pleasant outdoor seating resembling a private garden. Menu: Vegetarian (3) and vegan (1) options are limited. Prices lean towards the higher side, with many dishes above 25EUR. Wine Selection: The wine menu is well-thought-out, with a good range of choices at decent prices. Service: Staff was speedy, attentive and friendly but sometimes overly formal and polite, a bit insecure. Food: The aperitif were good and I was able to order a non-alcoholic bitter-soda not on the menu without issues. The amuse-guele was non-veg but was promptly replaced for Mrs. Travelboy2000. Both the veg and non-veg were decent. We had the pinsa as a starter, which was presented well and tasted good for its price. The subsequent insalata cortina with goat cheese was tasty, though slightly expensive at 16EUR. The overpriced Norwegian cod at 32EUR was average in taste, and its accompanying random red sauce lacked flavor. On the bright side, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, but the mashed potatoes were off. We paired our meal with a 2020 Molitor Riesling (32EUR) which was served at the right temperature and was a highlight of our meal. The Opera Tart (15EUR) dessert was okay, except for the industrial chocolate ice cream and exagerated flamboyant presentation. The decaf espresso was good. Clientele: Considering the price point, we expected a more upscale crowd. Some patrons were in casual wear, and a few were constantly on their phones. One guest even watched a sports event openly during his meal. Ownership: The experience was different (read: worse) than pre-covid and a disappointment. I later discovered the restaurant changed management at the end of 2022 and is now run by the same team behind the Tuscolo restaurants in the area, which appear to be attempting a more sophisticated restaurant offering. Conclusion: Overall, the experience wasn 't worth the 140EUR bill. Good setting but mixed crowd. The sharp exhaust fumes from the kitched occasionaly wafted over the outdoor seating. The wine was a highlight, but the food overpriced by at least 25%. I will not be returning."

it was nothing to put out. the service was trained but impersonal. eating was good, but not above average. in my opinion, the remise can be far more. we'll come back and see how you're developing. Conclusion: great ambiente, good eating and air up.

Reasonable food at a good price. We went here twice for lunch - had a risotto one day which was cooked well and had a touch of broccoli on the side, then the special schnitzel which was quite average, with a small salad and those frozen mass produced chips - these should not have any place in any restaurant. Cut the potatoes - leave skins on, make them different sizes etc etc. These frozen chips are everywhere in Germany - lazy and tasteless. Service nice and friendly.

the remise in bonn consists of a gourmet restaurant and a bistro. We ate in the bistro evening and were more than satisfied. You can't say that there is a quality drop over the gourmet restaurant that was empty at the night while the untiltro brummed. the bistro is, however, also by no means favorable. we paid to four at least almost 500 euros including drinking money. the four-course-menu is particularly recommended and low-priced. wee prices are in the frame. we would come back in any case if we were going to bonn again.

We really enjoyed our evening at the restaurant. The food was so well prepared and fresh. Portions are probably larger than you would see in London so we ended up over ordering. The beef tataki was amazing and the vegetables tasted great. Lots of fresh asparagus with the dishes. Our waiter, Germano, was very knowledgeable about wines and made excellent pairing recommendations. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The ambience was lovely and glowy, with an understated and elegant decor. We will definitely be returning.

we were in the remise for the second time a few days ago. the first time just before Christmas we had really enjoyed it, especially the typical ambiente of a scene. this time it was different. Although the restaurant was not even semi-full, we had to wait 40 minutes on the map. then we ordered à la carte. I would like to have ordered the dry aged holsteiner rind. Unfortunately, this was not possible, because without an appetizer “it would take too long” (the dry-aged piece has not yet reached its optimal ripening state!?!?). then we ordered the rinderfilet. the sauce (homemade)? and the frits were extra calculated so that the whole 38 € cost. I ordered an open Argentine Malbec. shortly after...

to visit in bonn with occasion for a special evening to two we have chosen to guide the remise (equu was full) and the candlelight dinner preordered. decor and ambiente are as beautiful as the photos show. the great ruined rose to the menu stood chilled ready, the red bed greeted from the kitchen was special. with the wows it was already over. menu was quite conventionally compiled and tastefully without great high points. on a tasty spargel cream soup with jakobsmuschel followed a cooked small bark fillet (lowlight of the menu) with sprouty vegetables and kartoffel burin and then good mixed dessert, positiw in memory is still me the fruit - panna cotta. serving me for a 3 course menu too sm...
