"We actually came here because of the good reviews and the photos. Everything read well. (unfortunately a little too good... The atmosphere was unpleasant. It was loud, cars were constantly driving through the street and the background noise was very unpleasant. The “kitchen recommendation” was already printed on the menu. Probably just whatever dish brings the most profit. “Fake bread sticks” in plastic packaging were served as a “starter”... Not particularly appetizing... The pizza was on the table after 15 minutes. You can 't complain about the size. The taste itself was quite okay. Not the worst but you get much better pizzas. The drinks were quite lifeless. The apple spritzer wasn 't really a spritzer more like flavored water. About the service: We were seated and were immediately bombarded with questions: Do you just want something to drink? Do you want to eat ? What do you want to drink ? Heavens... Let me get there first... Just put down the menu for food and drinks and come back in a few minutes. You will then have made your decision. All in all, it filled me up, but I also ate much better."

"I visit this place in the center of Andratx village as a good quality gastro bar, so kind and nice people attending and serving. They know what they are offering and provide good quality meals, burguers are very nice and you can order steaks or ribs or traditional mallorcan pamboli . Nice selection of beers and drinks and monito too. Well acconditioned place with new furniture and fresh or warm airclima (summer or winter) also you can choose outdoor tables if you preffer."

"Pues doy gracias al destino al haber encontrado El Galeón Taberna. Llamemos a las 14:50 de un domingo en julio que no encontrábamos ningún restaurante para comer y pudimos reservar mesa para 6. En especial destacar el servicio que ofrece, una atención de 10 que hace mucho tiempo que no veía. Tanto la chica que nos atendió por teléfono, como el gerente Ángel y en especial Javier nos dieron una lección de como tratar a los clientes, tienen una entrega a su trabajo extraordinaria, en fin podría seguir poniendo halagos y me quedaría corto, lo mejor es ir a buscar esta experiencia. Gastronómicamente, teníamos claro que queríamos paella de marisco, ellos la llaman paella ciega, pero tenía gambas frescas, cangrejo, atún rojo, almejas.... Buenísima. Nos dejamos aconsejar por ellos y la experiencia fue extraordinaria, empezamos con pan, alioli, olivas y aceite de oliva, nos prepararon un plato con aceite, gotas de vinagre y pimienta para mojar el pan, sin duda repetimos la tapa. Unos pidieron gazpacho y otros calamares a la andaluza, todo nos lo sirvieron con rapidez y con una excelente calidad del producto. El plato fuerte fue la paella para 6, Javier nos sirvió con mucho esmero y se nota que lo que hacen, lo hacen pensando en el disfrute del cliente porque la paella estaba exquisita no, lo siguiente. Eso sí, parecía arroz negro, pero nos encanta el arroz negro. A todo esto nos hidratamos con unas copas de cerveza y para acompañar la paella nos trajeron un vino blanco de Rueda, buenísimo. Javier nos enseñó como refrescar las copas de vino en los días de verano y sin duda es una lección aprendida, pero mejor que te lo enseñen allí. También gracias a la sabiduría de Javier nos deleitó con historias de la zona que nos parecieron muy interesantes, llegando a explicarnos el porqué de los nombres de las playas cercanas con pasión y mucha amabilidad. La experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda volveré con mi familia cuando vuelva a la isla, un abrazo para todo el equipo, que sois maravillosos."
