Correct price for the quality of food. meats always as good and the last time we went the desserts were excellent, while they were just good. brief excellent cuisine, good service in general (depending on the mood of the waitress). "It was a party with friends who enjoyed good wines, organized in advance to taste some pearls from the north of the peninsula. We were 26 comfortable in the room. piero, the model boss and his small team had prepared a speciality meal of the Bologna-Trévise-Vérone triangle allowing to enjoy 2 types of nectar: the balsamic vinegar of modène (aceto balsamico di modena) accompanied by the 3 dishes of the Italian antipasti meal, primo, secondo piatto, in 4 versions of 9 years, 18 years, 25 years and even. We were able to compare the aromas of these four jewels directly.Piero knows his products and suppliers that he has been visiting regularly for a long time. Listening to it describe the development of these products is exciting. These delights are available at the shop, like a whole family of Italian products, pasta, wines, etc. the second part of our tasting concerned the wines of the valpolicella, nearby region of modène, located between the guard lake and the city of Verona. So we were able to compare 2 vintages of ripasso as well as 2 vintages of alumona della valpolicella, 2 atypical red wines of this region of Veneto, developed by adding a mesh of the just-shared clusters. the amarone are very appreciated by amateurs and it was a great pleasure to be able to taste and compare four of these jewels. an excellent evening, a great discovery, a great bravo in piero and his team for having enjoyed us. We'll be back."
