"the menu is interesting and what we ordered very well. On the other hand, the service is not up to the level. The dish arrives before the entrance. You are asked to keep your blanket (between fish and meat) salt and pepper bread on the table at the time of dessert. the water carafe arrives at the end of the meal. a service is planned to the height of the prices and the place. always a management error that does not take the time to train its teams."

We ate at this hotel a few years earlier. Breakfast was pricey. The hotel is under new ownership. The menu selection was interesting. Dinner was excellent with a hint of Asian influence. We definitely would dine there again when staying at the hotel.

We had a spectacular stay at the Hotel Montalembert. The location is spectacular especially for tourists. Because of the strike, we had to walk everywhere which was no problem Our room was beautiful. We were on the 7th floor which was quiet and had a nice view.

The restaurant came recommended, but I was concerned because it is in a hotel... in my travels this is usually not a good sign. I will say these concerns were unwarranted. This restaurant was exceptional. The food had great presentation and fabulous flavors. The steak tartare was the best of our 3 week visit (and I order it a lot). The service was personable and friendly. I highly recommend a visit.
