"We have stayed at Hotel Crillon Le Brave many times and always look forward to our meal at Bistro 40k. All ingredients are sources from within 40km of the restaurant and the food is truly wonderful. The best thing is the freshly made pot of pate and bread you get when you first sit down to eat. It is so yummy but make sure you save room for you dinner !A 3 course menu is just €40 per head and really is lovely traditional French cooking. Watch the sun go down with a spectacular view over Mont Ventoux and keep an eye out for the bats doing their flying display...our favourite part !"

I'll never go back!! This place was my favorite place until today! My food was cold, I was asked to warm it up.

authentic Mexican cuisine cheap, with a wide choice of dishes service is fast enough but wait for a longer waiting time if you go there late in the evening.

from the professional and very warm welcome to the perfect service despite the high level and the number of waiters, to the tasteful and refined cuisine, it was for us an excellent evening for a more than justified addition, to be refilled without hesitation.

Visited twice during our stay at Hotel Crillon le Brave and found the hostess to be excellent both times. The menu is small, made up of three locally-sourced starters, mains and desserts. Our top picks included salmon with mashed potatoes and melon from Cavaillon with ham. Portions were perhaps a little too big.

family meals on the terrace of the hotel of crillon to begin our stay. nice welcome. quick service and excellent copious dishes .. whether for fish or lamb cooked to perfection. good advice on wines thanks to the sommelier. desserts to finish us in beauty .the service is adapted sometimes tinted with humour and sociable distance adapted . thanks

If staying at the hotel, this is pretty much your dining/lunching choice unless you wish to drive elsewhere to another village. The staff is attentive, pleasant, and efficient. However, both lunch and breakfast are just average. Undercooked omelette, medium burger cooked rare, and only warm water to try (unsuccessfully) to hard boil an egg. Yes, bees, too, as other reviewers have said...best to seek a shady place to eat..

We were served by two young people who were superb, enthusiastic and professional but at the same time gave a rather hushed atmosphere a more of a relaxed ambiance. The views are magnificent, the wasps a complete nuisance. The food is rustic and Provençal, and we found it to be just average. Certainly nothing to return for and we thought the idea of delivering to each table an enormous quantity of complimentary pate and bread just bizarre.

SOOOO delicious and I can't say enough good things about the service. There was one young woman who took care of the whole restaurant. She was so friendly, capable, lovely. Made the whole evening fantastic for us. When you sit down they give you a terrine of paté and some tapenade made from Nyons olives...oh my!!! I could make a meal of just that! So delicious...the rest of the meal was incredibly delicious and beautifully served. Loved this place!!
