Best food, best chef, and best service. We visited onnge last evening of our business trip. Came to the restaurant quite late but received very warm welcome. Very nice visit.

While we certainly have had fancier and better Italian in other parts of the world, we did find this restaurant nice, the wait staff friendly, and our meals delicious. If you are staying near Messe this is a good option if you like Italian. Prices were more expensive than the US but that is to be expected in Europe.

We received very good service but then we were with an Italian so the waiter spent all the time talking to them in Italian. We ordered some fish, we got to see it before it was cooked. It came out in a thin tomato sauce with a few veg and potatoes. Perfectly adaquate just nothing to make you want to return. They had a good selection of wine also.

Oplichters is het enige juiste woord. Met grote groep zakelijk gaan eten. Toen de rekening kwam stonden er opeens teveel flessen wijn op de rekening en was de limoncello van het huis, toch niet van het huis. Pure oplichting die ze vaker uitvoeren. Jammer want het eten is eigenlijk best goed. Komen 2 x per jaar in Frankfurt. Is toch jammer voor hun omzet. Nooit meer!!!! View menu

During Tendence we went there with a 33 people Group. Prices were very high but worst of all without my consent 55 euro's bottles of wine were put on the bill incl 6,50 each digestives that were offered to us (suggested like in all Italian restaurants for free as a Thank you). My team claims They never ordered that expensive wine. Service was therefore not Good. My advIse: do not go there.

Mir ist vollkommen unverständlich, warum die Inhaber des Volare seit Jahren auf ihrer arroganten und unfreundlichen Masche weitermachen, ohne die offensichtlich berechtigte Kritik der Gäste zu überdenken. Wir waren im Rahmen von Geschäftsessen schon öfter dort. Hätte ich wählen können, hätten wir mindestens einen besseren Italiener in der Nähe gefunden. Die Bedienung im Volare ist konstant unfreundlich, man kommt sich vor wie ein Bittsteller. Das Essen ist auch nicht so outstanding, dass man sich dafür das Verhalten bieten lassen müsste. Volare? Lieber nicht!

Ich kann mich den vielen schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen: das "Volare" ist ein echtes No-Go. Dies liegt einerseits am unterirdisch schlechten Service und an der Unfreundlichkeit des Personals. Andererseits vermag auch das Essen nicht zu überzeugen. Einzig die Pizza ist halbwegs genießbar, Pasta und Salate hingegen sind eine Katastrophe. Kürzlich bestellte ich Pasta mit Rinderfiletspitzen und Pilzen (10€) - so zumindest die Angabe auf der Speisekarte. Leider musste man die (teure) Fleischbeilage allerdings mit der Lupe suchen.
