"I had a course menu and wine-pairing. The food was good, if you like boiled cabbage and other German staples that overpower the entire dish. Individual pieces didn't seem to be arranges in any specific whole experience I would go as far and say...that ingredients alone didn't really carry the dish... so you could think it's under-seasoned, and some flavors are just missing I almost asked for salt and pepper. Wine was mis-paired, and it just seemed confirmed that Germans are taste-blind. All meats and fish were prepared using sous-vide technique, which to me is a sign of poor workmanship, and laziness. Waiter was inexperienced young guy, with nothing interesting to say, and swore more than once. I don't mind, I am pretty laid back myself, but seemed a bit out of place. I give Vold because it's not a bad restaurant, they just didn't have anything interesting for me so it is a subjective opinion. Wine was great though!"
