"a full hit! We have been coming after st. moritz for many years and have tried the banfi’s this year. in normal case we visit more elevated and stylish locals. because the reviews of the banfis were so good, however, we thought it might be worthwhile.When entering into the local we thought first, we had met a missing decision, because the ambiente did not correspond entirely to our presentation, although this is very beautiful locally and for itself. but what came then was completely unexpected and great! it seems like we had landed a full hit! we have never had such an excellent bark startar (star-locally) and the ultimate burger was a dense, all fresh and with a self-baked, crispy bun. which was equally enthusiastic about us was the love and engagement with which luigi and daniela cook and host their guests. definitiw more uplifted than in many scenes. we will definitely come back to try out all the other dishes!As stated, at the facility and the ambiente they could still work definitiw, less chichi decoration and possibly fabric table cloths and a candle on the table?Thanks to luigi and daniela for the successful evening with you!"

"Wir waren heute Mittag zu zweit im Thailando essen. Vorab haben wir uns die Speisenkarte im Internet angeschaut und da wir schnell und nicht ganz so teuer essen wollten, uns den Quicklunch ausgesucht. Im Restaurant angekommen waren wir schon etwas verwundert, dass das angepriesene Salat- und Suppenbuffet nicht aufgebaut war. Auf die Nachfrage, bekamen wir nur zu hören, dass es das nicht gibt, sondern als Vorspeise eine Brühe mit Ravioli serviert wird und als Wokgericht Beef mit Oystersauce.O.k. nix für ungut, wir waren ja jetzt nunmal dort und bestellten dann den Quicklunch und 1 große Flasche Silser naturell für stramme CHF 11,00 ! Gut, bei diesen Wasserpreise kann man ja auch eine hervorragende Speisenqualität erwarten, auch bei dem vielleicht nicht ganz so beliebten Mittagstisch!? Es gab einen Gruß aus der Küche, Hackbällchen - kalt- mit lauwarmer Süß-Sauer-Soße (ziemlich angetrocknet), danach gab es dann die Brühe mit Ravioli, die schmackhaft war. Nun wurde uns das Beef mit Oystersauce serviert, was aber letztendlich dann Poulet mit etwas Gemüse und Oystersauce war und auch sehr überschaubar, so dass sogar ich als Frau nicht wirklich annähernd satt geworden bin. Wir bestellten noch scharfe Sauce und Sojasauce dazu, die dann auch kurz vorm gänzlichen Erkalten der Speisen ankamen. Fazit: wir werden nicht mehr dorthin gehen und ich werde auch jedem abraten, der mich fragt! Personal zwar freundlich aber voller Inkompetenz! Versuch mit Engadiner Kuchen aufs Haus die Wogen zu glätten, gescheitert! Es bedarf mehr fachlicher Genauigkeit und bitte entfernen Sie beim Quicklunch Salat- und Suppenbuffet aus der Speisenkarte, wenn Sie es laut Aussage des Servicepersonals doch nie anbieten, DAS ist Irreführung!"

"Wir haben das Hotel über DeinDeal entdeckt und wurden leider auch so behandelt im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war unter einer Treppe Harry Potter Fans finden das bestimmt noch cool. Eigentlich war in unserem Zimmer stets ein Konzert von der Küchenschiebtüre unter uns, Küchengeräusche, Treppengeräusche, und Zimmernachbarn oberhalb. In der ersten Nacht wurde dies bei der Rezeption gemeldet, aber nur auf unser DeinDeal Gutschein verwiesen, dass es leider keine andere Option gibt für uns. Es ist schade, dass man mit diesem Angebot abgestempelt wird. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf die Plastikblache vom defekten Dach des Nachbarn. Auch sonst war das Zimmer für so ein gehobenes und gelobtes Hotel absolut unwürdig. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass dieses Zimmer an vollzahlende Gäste (300. pro Nacht laut Booking.ch) vermietet wird. Positiv war dann doch das Frühstücksbuffet und die gratis Tiefgarangenplätze. Auch der SPA Bereich war wirklich schön. Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche ist sehr gut. Trotzdem wird das definitiv nicht unser neues Stamm Hotel für den Sommer und ich kann es auch nicht an meine Freunde weiterempfehlen. Bitte bietet doch keine DeinDeal Gutscheine und sonstige Vergünstigungen an, wenn ihr die Gäste dann nicht gleichwertig behandeln wollt wie vollzahlende."

"Was wir als Restaurantgäste jedesmal als sehr störend empfinden: Inhaber sitzen mitten im Lokal am Tisch, so dass man zwingend daran vorbei gehen oder besser, sich fast vorbeizwängen muss...wir empfinden das als regelrecht unangenehm. Die Freundlichkeit derselben lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Das Servicepersonal ist hingegen sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend freundlich und die Pizzoccheri seit ganz vielen Jahren die besten weit und breit. Die Preise allerdings eher gehoben."

"despite the location directly on two roads, it is very quiet in the room with closed windows. I don't know how it's in the summer when someone wants to sleep in open windows. in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the use of it, the very large bathroom on the other side of the road and all the mountain railways in the region, are free with the guest card, which we found supertoll. the reception was very friendly and also all other employees. the beds comfortable, the glass pane which separated rooms and bathroom and could be transformed with a click into a milk glass, I found original. in the room were offered free fruits and coffee from a nespressokaffee machine and tee. the breakfast buffet was great and you could also order pancakes and other things you might have missed on the buffet. the hotel makes its 4 stars all honor.The dinner as a garni overnight was too expensive. better than the fabricated house shoes that were in the room would have been such flip flops that offer the bathroom for rent, because the fabric shoes are wet in the bathroom/sauna, even if you are tired. for a 4-star hotel we expected that they would also participate in the action of the sbb, which runs until the end of October, which offers a free luggage transport to the hotel and to the house. because we didn't check out that the hotel didn't participate in it, we were late to see if we could have sent the boxes to a neighbor hotel. for the home transport, it worked so by bringing the boxes to the neighborhotel victoria. a wall for us who would like to have taken over the hotel for us. as said: for a 4-star hotel we expect something like this. but it was perhaps embarrassing to have to hand over the competition so that they pay for their home transport. we were on the road with public transport from home."
