Enjoyed are short stay! Room was dusty abit more with the duster would go along way to get those rooms up to 5 star. The service was good but the male staff aren't very pleasant in the restaurant. View menu

very good service and very good location. the thermal bath is located in a wide area. Unfortunately, the rooms are small and the restaurant convinces of the quality in the evening. You better get out to eat. rooms are clean and cozy.

"Our stay at the hotel in the mountains was nothing short of magical. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by majestic peaks and lush forests. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with cozy rooms and breathtaking views from every angle.We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, as well as breakfast buffet. The highlight of this hotel is public sport complex across the street with different kinds of saunas, pools etc.

a nice hotel, friendly reception, quiet atmosphere, despite close to the street quiet rooms! hotel restaurant excellent! a very innovative A-la Carte option and an equally beautiful menu offer! almost every court has something in spite of the traditional impact and reads us the dinner always satisfactorily finish! respect for the kitchen! the accompanying service was always very dedicated and rounded off the evenings! overall we felt very welcome and will definitely come again! all parking spaces in the open were occupied. the only variant was an expensive pp in the garage. after the reception the room should be ready for use from 15.00 o'clock. When we came to the room after 17.00, this was still completely dirty and everything was on the floor. then not joined the beherberg. the spa shown on the pictures is not located in the hotel building, but in a public hall swimming pool next door. the price-performance ratio was not really achieved even in restaurant vivo. the steak was fried. unfortunately they had to decide for a time window of 1h in the breakfast. Finally, the already paid dinner was put back into account when they checked out and then broken down again...

Very helpful staff. They upgraded our room after hearing about our special occasion. The room was deluxe standard and superb with a wonderful view over the mountains. A bonus is that this hotel provides a free local transport card including funicular and chairlifts. I don't think all hotels do so. This saves a lot of money as well as being very convenient in skipping queues. It also allows you free entry to the wonderful spa and pool complex, only 2 mins walk away, as well as their own in house spa. Bus stop is a very short walk. Main train station a pleasant 20 min walk along the beautiful lake. To be honest the centre of st Moritz is uninspiring and for me is only good for high end shoppin...

despite the location directly on two roads, it is very quiet in the room with closed windows. I don't know how it's in the summer when someone wants to sleep in open windows. in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the use of it, the very large bathroom on the other side of the road and all the mountain railways in the region, are free with the guest card, which we found supertoll. the reception was very friendly and also all other employees. the beds comfortable, the glass pane which separated rooms and bathroom and could be transformed with a click into a milk glass, I found original. in the room were offered free fruits and coffee from a nespressokaffee machine and tee. the breakfas...
