"Yesterday I wanted to order a pizza to take away, but was rudely turned away after I tried to pay by card. I was told in an arrogant tone that paying by card wasn't worth it and that there was nothing further to explain to me. We live in the neighborhood and were guests here in the summer, but even the food was only moderately impressive back then. However, the behavior of the waiter and boss yesterday was the final straw. As a neighbor and potential regular guest, we will certainly not be coming back!"
